Some mornings at Whiskey Ridge, the clouds settle into the valleys and the peaks float above them. Perched high in Sevierville's quiet countryside, this five-bedroom retreat looks out over ridge after ridge of the Smokies, and guests tell us the sunrises alone are worth the trip.

The whiskey barrel infinity pool is the showpiece. Heated and fitted with jets, its vanishing edge blends into the mountains, so it feels like you're floating above the peaks. Spend the afternoon in the water, fire up the grill for dinner on the patio, then let the evening unwind from there: a soak in the hot tub, an hour around the firepit, and a sky so clear the stars compete with the valley lights below.

Inside, the great room earns its name with towering ceilings, a wall of windows framing the mountains, and a fireplace at the center of it all. The chef's kitchen keeps the cooks in the conversation, with a gas range, coffee station, and barstool seating, while the table just off the dining area seats eight for family-style dinners.

Five bedrooms sleep 16 comfortably. Four king rooms give couples their own space, three with private balconies and each with its own TV, and the attached bathrooms make the layout an easy fit for multiple families traveling together. The fifth bedroom holds four queen beds, a favorite landing spot for kids, teens, or the cousins' crew.

Downstairs, the game room lounge keeps the energy going with a wet bar, ping pong, foosball, a second TV, and plenty of board games for slow mountain afternoons.

With parking for eight vehicles, an EV charger, and in-home laundry, Whiskey Ridge makes a comfortable base for exploring. Dollywood and the attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are about 20 minutes away, and the trails of Great Smoky Mountains National Park are close enough for a spontaneous morning hike. Or stay put, keep watch for the occasional black bear, and let the mountains do the entertaining.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note: The private outdoor pool is closed from November through May.
- The community is currently undergoing active construction. While we aim to provide a peaceful stay, you may experience occasional noise or activity during daytime hours.
- Please note: The photos shown are from the sister property, Goose Gap. Both homes are nearly identical in layout and amenities, with the only notable difference being that Goose Gap does not have a hot tub.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
