Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has a lot of potential, but sadly lacks comfort and touches that I would expect in a vacation rental. It looked like some upgrades had been slapped on an older house. Missing decor, lightbulbs out, small repairs needed, cups that leaked through cracks in the side, broken railing (safety hazard) outside, felt coming off pool table, broken recliners, broken chairs, and more. With a little TLC and some repairs, it could be good. Plenty of space for our family of 6, which is nice, and plenty of bathrooms too. But, I would not stay here again or recommend to someone I know.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of eight stay here for a ski weekend in Lake Tahoe, and this house was a great fit for our trip. It was plenty spacious, with more than enough bedrooms and beds for everyone to spread out comfortably without feeling cramped.The amenities really helped make the stay even better. The pool table and air hockey table were a fun bonus for hanging out in the evenings, and the hot tub on the porch was perfect after a full day of skiing. It was exactly what we wanted for relaxing and unwinding once we got back from the mountain.The location was also a huge plus. It was only about 7 minutes from the casinos and Heavenly ski village, so getting to skiing, food, and nightlife was quick and easy. There was also a grocery store right down the road, which made it super convenient to grab supplies for the house.Even though it is an older property, it was fantastic for what we needed. It offered a great value, had all the right amenities, and worked perfectly for a larger group. We would absolutely stay here again for another Tahoe trip.
