Cozy, beautiful property with amazing views. The cabin was well-stocked for our party of eight, and we were very pleased with the space of the bedrooms and bathrooms. It was clean when we walked in, and we would highly recommend it to others!

We appreciated the cabin’s great location and clean interior. We did need assistance unlocking the divider door to access the upstairs rooms. There were old beds and bed frames discarded next to the cabin, and removing them would make the outdoor area feel more welcoming. Overall, the location and cleanliness inside were highlights of our stay.

Place was perfect for our group and close to the event we were in town for. Description says 2 queen beds in 1 room, that is not true. There are only 5 beds. Had a few issues with the room keys and coffee pot not working but staff was very helpful. Would recommend!

Our stay was perfect! Roger was an amazing host—super responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay in Lake Tahoe! The place was serene, clean, and surrounded by stunning natural beauty — from crystal-clear waters to breathtaking mountain views. We especially loved our mornings by the lake and the peaceful walks around Emerald Bay. The weather was perfect, and the atmosphere was just what we needed for a refreshing family getaway.

5 Stars – Perfect Family Getaway

We rented this spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bath cabin for a family trip (8 adults plus a baby), and it was fantastic. The location couldn’t be better—right on a hotel property with plenty of parking, walking distance to the water and the village. The cabin itself was very roomy, comfortable, and well-equipped for a large group. Overall, a very good experience. We will definitely be back!

Check in was so easy. Finding our place was easier as the front desk gave us map. The cabin is very clean and organized. Little outdated and could use updates to make it a perfect stay. Staffs are accommodating. Didn’t have issue with WiFi. And the facility itself is easy to navigate. Will definitely come back!

Very Friendly intake staff! But property Needs upgrades . Numerous Cabinet doors loose and broken . Tubs discolored and warped from temporary fixes. Laundry room for the entire complex is in attic of the house and is very distracting and loud all day . Wouldn’t stay again

Was great location Pleanty of towels for people, I know the house is old definitely need to replace the toilets and refrigerator. Extra Trash bags could be supplied , basic baggies and plastic wrap,tin foil.

Cozy cabin. Clean rooms and beds, clean towels. Kitchen was ok. A couple of burners not working. Check-in staff could be more friendly. Door to the upstairs bedrooms was locked. Had to make a trip back to the office and had to wait till they opened it.

Honestly the location is fabulous! You can walk to the casinos and the water! The beds were decent and it was clean for the most part! But it was definitely run down! Cabinets are beat up, cracks in tile in floor and in the showers, the bathrooms were very small also! All in all the space was nice and it served its purpose but just a little more rundown than I expected!

The property is in an awesome location. It's just a couple minute walk to all of the attractions of state line. Not having to pay for parking at the casinos was great. You can also walk to the Lakeside dock area to go to the beach, rental stores, or restaurants. The property itself was spacious, with 5 bedrooms, a dining room/living room combo area and a full kitchen if you wanted to prepare meals. TVs in every room with modern streaming capabilities were great. Small drawbacks include a somewhat dated property, but we were there to experience the outdoors not the inside and also the facility's laundry setup is directly under you, so you can hear the water running through the walls pretty loudly in the morning whenever they start their work. Overall a great experience, would stay again
