Building has tennis court trackball 2 swimming pool one on the 1st floor another on the 6 th. Guest check-in at the front desk.

Guest will be required to provide an official form of identification and credit card for an incidental hold which will be released after the reservation is completed. These are guests fees to be paid at the front desk:
The Resort Fee is $35 plus taxes daily per room.
🚨 length of stay 7-29 days $22.5 resort fee daily
🚨length of stay +30 days resort fee is $15 a day
Guest will have to use valet parking to park by hour and overnight. The parking fees are as follow:
1 -car is free second vehicle rates are follows.
Overnight $40 plus tax
0-6 Hours $20.00 plus tax
6-24 Hours $33.00 plus tax
Staying 1 to 7 days $33.00 plus tax per night per vehicle
Staying 8 to 29days $15.00 plus tax per night per vehicle.
