Family Vacation at Culpeper Oasis

8 adults and 5 grandchildren in an amazing getaway property. Plenty of rooms and everyone had their own space. It really is an Oasis. Spent our time in the pool, arcade, and incredible theater room. No need to leave the property! Andy is very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would love to come back.

Beautiful home, nicely decorated and a lot of amenities. Everything as you expect from listing. Very clean and lots of extra perks, like charging stations. Wish there was more twin beds. Theatre is a great space but a little musty smelling. Would rent again!

Very comfortable home in the quiet country for our family of 12 adults and one 6-year-old boy to celebrate my husband's 85th birthday. Loved the hot tub, the home theater with popcorn machine, poker table, and especially the size of the kitchen. Very roomy bedrooms for all of our adult children and grandchildren. The bunk room was especially convenient for our two 20-something grandsons. Convenient to Culpeper shops. Only mystery is why one of the five upstairs bedrooms had no en suite bathroom and there was no hall bath, which meant that guests who stayed in the bedroom with no en suite had to go downstairs or go through someone else's bedroom to use the bathroom or take a shower. Hosts were very pleasant and responsive. I would stay there again if we needed a family gathering space.

Highly Recommended

We book a vacation house every summer. This is our favorite house by far! The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and roomy! Some of our favorite things to do while we were there was swimming in the pool, playing with the supplied yard games, watching movies in the theatre, and playing arcade games in the basement. The owners have excellent communication and are very accommodating. The check-in, check-out process was easy! There is a ‘all you need to know about the house’ book. It was very organized and detailed. The owners provided toiletries, kitchen supplies, and much more. We are very happy with our experience and we would love to book again.
