this place was lovely! the view of the pond was great from the screened porch and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was super accessible and helpful. The beds were all very comfortable and the house was immaculate. It was a wonderful rental, we highly recommend staying there.

Cozy and rustic but with all the amenities. We all loved it. We stayed with multigenerational family (tweens to 80s) while attending a family wedding. It was great to have a large enough place to all be comfortable, enjoy breakfast and evenings together and just relax. Our host was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We were even able to enjoy coffee outside on the porch one morning despite the November chill. The sauna was a nice bonus!!!We can't comment on the skiing but may have to come back in the summer!

Great property - Host thought of everything

Have been to many properties but I do not think I have ever been to one that literally thought of everything. From charging cord, to clothes steamers, to snacks and wine. Felt like everytime we needed something it was there. Really great host!!

Goshen Pond Cabin

If I could give this a 10 star rating I would. The property is on a pond with screened in porch. 5 cozy bedrooms with lots of extras to enjoy. My family had a wonderful visit enjoying the outdoors and inside activities. The kitchen is small but well furnished. The owners were wonderful to work with. Friendly and professional. It’s a great place to stay no matter what the weather is. My favorite spot to hang out was on the cozy sofa on the porch watching the pond and wildlife while wrapped in a lap blanket sipping a cup of hot tea. Just heaven.

HOUSE OF HORRORS. HORRIBLE HOST AND OWNER. RUN DON’T WALK FROM THIS HOUSE! We rented this home for one month in the summer of 2026, and from the moment we set foot on the property there were many, many, major maintenance issues that had not been addressed. This house looked NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. It was advertised as a “Modern Lakefront Oasis” but it very OLD AND DILAPIDATED and had not been maintained! We spent our entire months’ vacation dealing with severe maintenance issues that should have been taken care of before we arrived. The house was dirty when we arrived, The grass was not cut, The toilets overflowed, the septic tank was full and had to have 3,000 gallons of wasted pumped out, the septic pump was broken, the shower upstairs leaked into the toilet downstairs, all of the couch cushions indoors were stained and ripped, three a/c units were broken and 2 had to be replaced, the patio roof leaked water onto the patio, the patio screens were ripped and a squirrel got into the patio. There were many more maintenance issues, but I ran out of space to list them all. THE HOST AND OWNER WERE HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH AND DID NOT CARE ABOUT US! BOTH OF THEM REFUSED TO ACCOMPANY ANY OF THE REPAIRMEN THAT WERE SENT TO THE HOUSE AND TOLD US WE HAD TO BE THERE TO SUPERVISE THE REPAIR GUYS. OUR VACATION WAS RUINED DEALING WITH ALL OF THE MAINTENANCE ISSUES IN THIS OLD HOUSE. DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE!
