It was everything we needed and more... Place is beautifully situated, remote, quiet and clean. It has all the convenience of a modern house in the middle of the woods. We had a great time staying there for 9 days. We would recommend it in a heartbeat !

House was very clean and exactly as listed. Was were comfortable too. Had everything we needed, plus a little more. We wanted to use the outdoor fire pit but just didn’t have enough time on this trip. Wished we could’ve stayed longer . Host left great detailed instructions and responded quickly with a brief issue with the heat. Overall great experience. Thank you Allison and Tim!- Cheryl M.

The house was perfect! The window air conditioner was a definite lifesaver. We loved it and plan on coming back. It was perfect for our needs. We loved the house! We have nothing negative to say and it is the best VRBO we’ve rented!

Lovely cabin and environment, perfect for unwinding. We would definitely come again, Our ordinary car coped fine with the dirt roads and steep track in good weather, but in the winter I can imagine a SUV would be necessary.

Allison was very helpful with questions about check in etc.The house was very well equipped with all necessities. I would say that guests should have a better idea about how far out into the woods the property is. The unpaved road leading to the house was a bit of a concern. Also the distance to grocery stores, and Tanglewood was a surprise. All of that was made up by the beautiful stargazing while we were there.

A great cabin, well equipped kitchen and laundry room, basic food items items so that you don't have to bring you own ketchup (which is very convenient). It's clean and well maintained. We were 4 adults and 3 kids and there was enough room for all of us to sleep and eat comfortably. We came in August and it was not too hot, the ceiling fans were mostly enough even though there are also aircon units. The place has really nice views and it's relaxing to spend a few days there.The only 2 thing I have to say which are not about the property but more with planning your stay:1. in the evening there are a lot of mosquitos so you can't really sit outside, need to plan the day so that either dinner is early enough or inside. 2. The area does not have as many good swimming beaches as we assumed from looking at the map, we found some adequate ones but know that it's not the best area for lake swimming.

Perfect spot for families!

We felt right at home in this beautiful, cozy cabin! With an almost 2 year old and a 3 year old we felt very comfortable and the house was child proof. If we are in the area again we would definitely stay here!
