This fully remodeled property features 2 bedrooms, including a king bed and two twin beds (that can be pushed together to make a king size!), perfect for small groups or families. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, hair dryers and make up mirror in master, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The living room offers a cozy sofa bed for extra comfort and additional sleep space. The sunroom overlooking the 8th T-box of the Brittany Executive Golf Course offers a great space for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Ride-in ride-out to the Back 40 Trail or the Razorback Greenway. Quick walk to Metfield Park. A 15-minute drive to the beautiful Bentonville square with lots of eateries, brew pubs and coffee shops. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your stay one to remember.

The property was awesome and only outdone by the host's eagerness to assist in every way! Newly remodeled, the Fairway on the Trail cottage provided us a wonderful environment in which to relax as my husband recuperated from a heart procedure. We were close to everything we needed, which wasn't much considering most everything you would want was already provided. The large sunroom far exceeded our expectations as did the spacious interior and handy garage. We look forward to a return visit.
