Spacious 4 bedroom second floor condo in beuatiful Lucaya in Fort Myers, a gated community. This condo features an expansive primary suite with a king bed and a large glamour bathroom. There are three other bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two twin beds. There is an additional full bath and one half bath. The well equipped kitchen overlookls a large great room with 75" TV. Enjoy the WiFi, in-suite washer and dryer and two car garage with two bikes, beach chairs and more. Lucaya offers two beautiful resort style pools, clubhouse, nicely equipped fitness room and more. Great location allows for a short trips to the beach, Sanibel Island and numerous restaurants and shopping. Book now and enjoy everything this condo has to offer. The HOA requires a one time tenant application through a third party vendor - the $100 fee for this applcication is not included in the quote you will recieve from VRBO.
