This is our third time staying at this condo complex and we liked this unit the best. The amenities are outstanding - the pool, ping pong table, beach access. We were grateful for the well-stocked kitchen, the updated bathrooms, comfortable beds. and the number of beach chairs and umbrellas available to use. The views of the ocean are beautiful. It would be nice for checkout to be later than 10am.

Great condo on the beach. Pool is beach side. Lots of books, board games, and activities for families. walking distance to the grocery store. Overall, great experience.

The room has an outstanding view of the ocean and of the pool. The pool is heated and very enjoyable. All the appliances work and everything was clean. The location is close to shopping and places to eat.

When I we checked into the room and walked it, it was not clean and I contacted the host she was awesome and moved us into another condo for the night then we moved to the original condo. From night one there were a bunch of ants in the kitchen. I used the raid ant killer that was under the sink to kill them. Also the bedroom with 2 beds, the room stayed hot it was about 5 degrees hotter than the rest of the condo. The couch cushions on top of the mattress are completely worn out it was like sitting on metal. We left early due to the ac and couldn’t cook much in the kitchen due to the ants. The condo could use updating, it was very outdated. Beware the balcony does not have much privacy either, if you are sitting on it most of the neighbors can look at you.

Nice view and good location. Improvements needed in the unit are an icemaker, clean tile floors (walking across the floor in white socks revealed a lot of dirt) and improved wifi (cable modem/router need to be replaced with modern units).

Satellite Beach Condo

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. Having the beach and pool so close to the condo was great (especially since we had small children with us). Overall a big thumbs up and would stay there again.

Few days at the beach

Beach was comfortable as cocoa beach was very very packed you almost have the whole beach to your self!!! Pool was nice and warm
