The traffic noise from HWY 1 is terrible. You are very close to the road which has motorcycles and semis going by all day. VERY LOUD! We ask the host to cancel our 2 nd and 3rd month of rental because we couldn’t sleep. They refused. Nowhere in the listing does it mention being that close to the loud road. We ended up having to stay at another VRBO to get peace. We use VRBO a lot and never wrote a bad review before. This property was not clean, was loud and cluttered with furniture. We would never stay here again.

A marina is located inside this private community, offering a local convenience store stocked with bait, gas, and food. Other amenities this community offers include a heated pool, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, library, dog park, playground, ping pong, pool tables, and a private beach. The private beach is available to all property owners and renters.

You can enjoy local activities such as sunrise and sunset viewing, kayaking, and the ocean breeze.

Additionally, this location is a portal to deep-sea fishing, reef fishing, bone fishing, diving, snorkeling, and all water sports.

The three-mile bridge is located nearby, which is the tarpon capital of the Keys. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) specifies that tarpon is a catch-and-release-only fishery, and there are strict regulations in place to ensure their conservation.
