we were in the area for a long weekend and this house was just perfect. The crew was my husband, my 14-year-old son and his best friend. They each got their own bathroom en suite with their bedroom.Close to everywhere we wanted to go and the house was absolutely spotless with all new amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay- the house was beautiful, well-appointed, spacious and looked like the pictures. It was great for our family. We didn't get to enjoy the backyard as much as we would have wanted due to the weather and although the pool is heated, it wasn't heated enough for our infant, but would probably suffice for adults and big kids. Beds were a bit on the firm side, but large and there was plenty of relaxation spaces. Kitchen was great. Igor was also communicative and responsive when questions/issues arose. I would recommend this property and this host!

15 guys down for golf and football. Both houses were clean and accommodating. Communication with owner was very easy and responded quickly. Would definitely do it again.

Thankfully the pics did not at all decieve! It is like a margaritaville home! Lovely decor, so clean, full of supplies for laundry, paper products. Nice towels ( I am particular on that lol), bedding etc. the beds are very comfy as are the pillows. Everything nice and fresh looks brand new. Very warm and inviting. Perfect for two couples or small family. Safe neighborhood, easy to get to shopping etc. Not far to the beach at all. Good communication and very accommodating hosts. Normally we never would rent the same house just because I like change but this is the first one I would truly reconsider renting again which says a lot. The pool was perfectly heated upon arrival without even asking and so appreciated and we literally used it every day. Plenty of parking and a immaculate garage. Plus beach stuff which we did not use but maybe important to you! Don’t hesitate if your like me researching to the point of going crazy this is a charmer!

We had a wonderful stay in this duplex. The backyard was awesome, especially the hot tub. We enjoyed being able to control the hot tub using our phone. The house was nice and clean, and it had all the supplies we needed. It’s centrally located. Very near butterfly world, which we thoroughly enjoyed. And we got to see a nice Christmas Lights display.
