Great house. I lived the hardwood floors and the remodel on the kitchen and baths were very well done. It was in a great location. It was very close to the town square. I’d rent it again.

Wonderful vacation rental house, easily one of the best we've stayed in. Very clean, comfortable, and great location in a nice quiet neighborhood. We didn't use our car once we got there, walked everyplace we wanted to go in downtown Prescott.

We had a wonderful stay at this Prescott property. The location is fantastic and is an easy walk to downtown and Whiskey Row, while still being a peaceful place to return after a long day or night. The house had absolutely everything we needed for a perfect trip. We traveled as two couples, and the layout was ideal, with two king beds, and two bathrooms, which gave us plenty of space and privacy. The beds themselves were super comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. The outdoor fire pit was a nice place to connect with friends. Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Prescott bungalow. The home has a really cool mid-century modern style and was cute, comfortable, and exceptionally clean.The location is hard to beat. It’s in a great neighborhood and literally just a block or two from downtown, making it an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and everything downtown Prescott has to offer.The house is also perfect for spending time with friends and family. The kitchen is great for cooking and entertaining, and the open layout flowing from the kitchen into the dining and living areas makes it easy for everyone to be together. The backyard is another huge plus, with plenty of space for kids to enjoy themselves while the adults cook out, relax, and hang out.The homeowners were excellent to work with and very responsive anytime we had a question. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Prescott and look forward to staying here again!

Great location and nice place to stay

I stayed here with a co-worker because we had business for a week in Prescott. The house is in an excellent location, the parking is easy, and the house was clean and comfortable for us to work and relax. I would definitely stay here again when I need to be in Prescott.

The house is perfect. Hosts were wonderful! Perfect location 2 minute walk into square area, spotless, hosts provided everything you need for a great stay from towels, shampoo & soap in the bathroom to full kitchen of pots, pans, knives, cutting board, and even seasonings & coffee. We loved this house! The location is perfect—an easy walk to shopping, great restaurants, and Whiskey Row, which made exploring the area so convenient. The home itself was extremely comfortable, and you can tell the owner put a lot of thought into the upgrades. The improvements really elevate the space and make this charming house feel luxurious. Everything was well cared for and designed with guests in mind. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back!

We were a group of four (2 couples) traveling to Prescott for a quick golf trip. This property was perfect for us. It is a charming home beautifully maintained, perfectly “stocked” for guests, and conveniently located for easy access to downtown Prescott. The hosts were timely and thorough with all communications. We absolutely would stay again should the need arise. THIS is how all hosts/owners should handle and manage VRBO rental properties!
