We just spent 2 weeks in this property and really enjoyed it. We have family in the area so the location was perfect. It was very clean and the kitchen was very well-appointed should anyone desire to do a lot of cooking. The outside area is also very pleasant with plenty of outdoor furniture. Both bedrooms are spacious with comfortable mattresses. The dining room table is good-sized and the living room is roomy. The owner is quite communicative and responded immediately the few times when we needed something. We hope to return!

The house was so well kept and very comfortable. Free of clutter and tastefully decorated. I have never stayed at a home that was so well equipped with well thought out amenities...humidifiers, air purifier, nutri bullet, etc. The house is in a great location to University of Denver and many shops and restaurants. The street is quiet.
