Wonderful place to stay. It was very clean and had all of the things you would need. The beds were so comfortable that you fall right asleep. The kitchen had plenty of space to cook. Jordan was very nice and quick to respond to any questions or needs.

Thank you Jordan for a great stay. The house was a home away from home with every amenity we could possibly need. The house was easy to check in to, it was spotless upon arrival, great location, safe and quiet neighborhood, and perfect for our family trip. Jordan was highly responsive and a great host. Great town home with plenty of space for our family of four. Loved the rooftop patio and the kitchen was well-stocked. It's pretty new construction and decor was nice. Location was close to University of Denver, which is what we needed. Jordan, the host, was great - communicated every step of the way and was very easy to work with.

We loved this stay-we had a problem with the AC but it was fixed within hours of sending our fabulous host a message. We would recommend this to friends and family visiting Denver as long as they could handle the many flights of stairs each day.

The place is well-furnished and maintained and clean, but it is three stories and stairs are steep. The neighborhood is not convenient to downtown Denver and has few restaurants within walking distance and no grocery stores nearby. You really need a care to stay there.

My place is in fact not downtown, and many people prefer the location being central Denver and close to everything while being right next to the University of Denver hence the listing title. Jordan was the perfect host and his home was very comfortable. He has thought of everything from noise machines by beds to restaurant recs to a variety of beverages provided. He was super flexible and responsive as well. The roof is a great place to hang out! Highly recommend!

I’m born and raised in Palm Springs, California ! About 12 years ago(yes I’m getting old) I was offered a scholarship to play football at Colorado State University. I then fell in love with this state, and moved out here permanently a few years after I graduated. I am now a full time firefighter, and one who loves nothing more than giving back. Hence why the smiles and appreciativeness I’ve seen through hosting, there is nothing like it. When I’m not at the fire station, I enjoy hanging out with my 3lb pup, or traveling !

My property is unique in the way I carefully designed it ! As I said, it’s modern with a touch of who I am. There are decorations from various countries where I’ve been to, memorabilia and awards from the fire station, and little things I to make it feel like home such as the popcorn machine, candy bar, smart TVs, cozy sheets, blackout curtains, and more.
