We very much enjoyed it. However we called the first day and the toilet in the 2nd bathroom was never fixed for our entire stay. And the jets don’t work on the garden tub. Other than that it was absolutely 10/10

Check in was easy. I was told one of the showers leaked and we could not use. The ceilings showed water damage and there was mold present in the living room on the ceiling. Beach view was great, Cookware provided was terrible.

Very old and outdated, smelled and just felt dirty. Not at all like the pics. Needs sprucing up for sure and instructions on how to find the room.

Girls Trip

I got an email saying that the unit was ready but when we went in there was a lady there that said she was security, we were very confused and a little bit scared because we were not expecting anyone being there . She yelled come on in . We were hesitant going in . After a few minutes, she announced that she was security and just finishing up . She was taking pictures of the unit and checking the refrigerator. The unit was nice but needs some updating . Some of the blinds in the bedroom were broken and rust on the side of the refrigerator . The shower area could use a deep cleaning. The beds were nice and comfortable and the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful.

Would have loved better communication with liquid life as to unit conditions upon arrival. Having to go purchase our own cleaning supplies to properly clean the toilets, and other things in the unit. Mentioned it to the maintenance individuals who came to take off broken pieces of a door that was broke prior to our arrival. There’s absolutely no reason restrooms should be left nasty (toilets clearly weren’t scrubbed) shower wall was covered with someone’s hair - our sheets were soured, never got a response to that- had to go purchase new so we could sleep. It’s the small stuff like this that could have easily been taken care of to avoid a bad review. COMMUNICATION IS KEY!! cleaning could of easily came up and taken care of this when mentioned - but messages to host went unread.
