Welcome to Bywater Cottage, a traditional New Orleans shotgun home, featuring 5 king size bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 fully equipped kitchens. Vintage furnishings have been placed throughout the unit mixed in with eclectic decor. This charming home is located in the Bywater neighborhood, offering restaurants, bars, and entertainment within walking distance.

This charming 5 bedroom converted shotgun boasts a vibrant mix of vintage finds and modern touches.
Conveniently located within walking distance to Capulet, The Country Club,
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
- 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
- Bedroom 1 has a king bed
- Bedroom 2 has a king bed
- Bedroom 3 has a king bed
- Bedroom 4 has a king bed
- Bedroom 5 has a king bed
KITCHEN:
- There are two kitchens in the unit, both are complete with an oven, gas stove, microwave, 12 cup coffee maker, toaster, plenty of counter space and storage, and all the essential cookware you will need during your stay.
ENTERTAINMENT:
-High speed internet
-Smart TV and an Apple TV to connect to Netflix, Hulu, etc.
- Sonos Speakers (You can scan our QR code located in the living room for additional information and instructions)
- Private backyard with a seating area and outdoor games!
Guest Access:
Guests will receive a code for the keypad lock prior to check-in.
The entire home and private backyard is for your exclusive use.

-Free Street Parking (no off-street parking)
