The house is about a 10-minute drive from the airport. Some guests have mentioned airplane noise but most people don't find it to be an issue.

* **City Requirements:** The City of Palm Springs requires all guests to complete a separate rental agreement, provide a copy of their government-issued ID, and list the license plate numbers of all vehicles. This is a mandatory step and will be handled via a secure online portal after your booking is confirmed.
* **Pool & Hot Tub Heating:** The hot tub can be heated at your convenience. Pool heating is an optional service available for an additional fee of $99 per night (with a 2-night minimum). Please request this service at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to ensure the pool is warm for your stay.
* **Cancellation Policy:** A full refund is granted for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, a 50% refund is available for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
* **Holiday & Event Bookings:** Please note that no cancellations are permitted for bookings that fall on holidays or during major special event weekends (e.g., Coachella, Stagecoach, Modernism Week).
