Welcome to Bahama Getaway, the ultimate tropical escape in the heart of Cocoa Beach, Florida! Nestled right on the water with a dock and canal access, this spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfect for families, groups, or anyone seeking a laid-back Florida retreat.

Property Highlights:
Space & Comfort: Split floor plan includes 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 bunk beds for the kiddos—ideal for a restful getaway!
Waterfront Fun: Enjoy direct canal access, complete with kayaks and a water boat to explore the beautiful waterways.
Unwind & Play: Cool off in the non-heated pool or bring out your competitive side with Ping-Pong and basketball in the garage game area.
Outdoor Dining & Relaxation: Grill up a feast outside and dine poolside with a tropical view. Inside, cozy up by the fireplace (decorative only).
Prime Location: Just a short stroll to the beach and surrounded by Cocoa Beach’s best—shopping, nightlife, dining (including beachside spots), and mini golf are all nearby!

Other things to note:

Owners' Closets: Certain closets are reserved for cleaning staff and are not accessible to guests.

Fireplace: The indoor fireplace is decorative only and not available for use.

Pool/Spa Cleanings and Lawn Maintenance: Weekly Maintenance-Usually Monday. The Spa also known as hot tub is operated using an egg timer located outside by the pool mounted on the wall. Press the Spa button to heat the Spa. The spa will heat to 101 degrees, after an hour and return to pool mode after 4hrs. A hose connected to a timer is located near the pool. If the water level falls below the skimmer, please place the hose in the pool for a couple of hours.

Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am, While the property is centrally located, please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evening, to respect neighboring homes.

Late-Night Communication: We’re always available to assist, but response times may be slower after 10 PM, as there’s no staffed front desk.

Discount Perks: Mention “Beach for the Stars” to receive 10% off rentals at A1A Beach Rentals, including bikes, surfboards, golf carts, and local tours.

Mini family reunion/get together of 4

Wonderful!!! We splurged and wanted something really special for the 4 of us. We were close to everything!!!! We relaxed nearly everyday in the pool & hot tub as a way to wind down. Beach was a cross the street (public access).The amenities were more than all the place I have stayed previously. I would absolutely stay here again.

Girls Trip

The house was perfect for our group.The pool and hot tub got plenty of use day and night. Watching manatee from the dock was a thrill( usually early morning) We were lucky to be able to watch planes practice for upcoming air show.Located close to everything ,Ron Jon’s great restaurants, beach and mini golf.We traveled from Ohio,North Carolina,Michigan and central Florida. Highly recommend this property. We had so much fun!

A walk across the street to a beautiful long Cocoa beach with park, bathrooms, water fountain and lifeguards on the beach! Beautiful view of the quiet canal with an excellent dock to sit and enjoy. Perfect patio furniture to enjoy dinner outside and the pool! The house had 2 washer and dryer which was a great bonus! The game from was stocked with life jackets and games and beach supplies! We had a wonderful family vacation! The host was VERY quick to respond to every message! I will look to stay at this house next time!

Soccer tournament

My husband and I went to cocoa beach for my grandson’s soccer tournament and rented this house for the weekend. There were 6 of us staying there. 4 adults and 2 kids. This house was nicely laid out and could easily accommodate a few more. The furnishings were lovely and the kitchen and bathrooms were very well appointed with a lot of little personal touches that you don’t usually find. It was located on a canal so they provided a paddle boat and kayaks, it had a nice pool/hot tub on the patio, and a ping pong table and basketball hoop in the garage. It is located 5 minutes from the beach area so there are a lot of unique restaurants and shops nearby. We live on the west coast of Florida so would have no reason to rent this home for more than a weekend, however, it would be a wonderful house for a family coming to town for a long vacation.
