Perfect for Us!

We had two families of four stay at this beautiful house. It suited our needs perfectly. It was clean and close to everything! Natalie with Happy Palm Stays checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and I knew if I needed to contact her, she would get right back to me.You won’t regret renting this beautiful home. We would do it again in a second!

Great stay @ Cocoa Beach

Great location so close to the beach and pier. Daily beach walks and swims with sandcastle building included. Accomodation perfect for extended family group.

It has everything you need and more. The pool and back patio are perfect, and there is plenty of room for family and friends. I will stay there again.

Great place to stay

House was in a great location. We enjoyed the beach, watching a rocket launch and day at Disney. The pool is very nice and house very clean.

Great vacation home

Our family loved this home! It was perfect for us! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Loved the upstairs with the flex space for the kiddos to hang. Awesome amenities - we especially loved the enclosed pool and outdoor kitchen area. Great beach close by - it had convenient parking if you have anyone with mobility issues. Highly recommend this home.

Best family vacay!

We came for the cheer competition in Orlando and turned it into a family vacay. House is immaculate, close to everything, has great restaurants nearby, and is minutes from the beach! We had everything we needed and then some!

Great family vacation

The house is located conveniently to the beach and restaurants. Everything is close by. The house gave enough room for 8 adults and plenty of places to relax. The pool was nice and clean and enjoyed swimming every day. I would definitely return for another family trip there.

Lovely home that’s well stocked. We enjoyed beach mornings and pool afternoons. The outdoor area provided ample space for gathering and playing together. Perfect for large groups or families.

Wonderful vacation

We loved this home.. the rooms, the pool, the location. Everything was perfect! Also, the communication with manager was amazing. He went above and beyond. We will definitely come back and recommend to others.

Stop scrolling NOW! This is it!

This home is absolutely amazing! Our fam spanned 10mo-87yrs and the house suited everyone's needs! Bed & private bath on main floor for Mom; large bedroom upstairs with 2 beds for my son/DIL, their 2 young sons and baby (in a clean pack-and-play that was provided!) and everyone in between! The heated pool was perfect and there were so many floats and toys! The house is close to the beach. We used the grill to cook dinner two nights. We were in town for our daughter's wedding, as were many other relatives who visited us at this house. Everyone asked how we found such a great place! I seriously cannot think of anything that was missing! It was so perfect that I joked we were researching squatters' rights. We'd definitely stay here again, except that our daughter/SIL live on Merritt Island and have an extra bedroom! :)

Fantastic home for everyone!

Great property! Room for our whole family, kids and grandkids. So close to the beach, only a 5 minute walk, which we loved! The pool was used every day. We really just had a great time! Thank you!

Beautiful home

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home close to the beach. The pictures are just as the house actually is. Plus, everything we needed was provided! It’s just a few minute walk to the beach and shops. This is a great house!

Family vacations!!

Amazing house , locations was great , beach so close and family friendly. We love our stay , we definitely will be back !!! We saw cape Canaveral launch 🚀 3 rocket it’s was the best surprise for everyone!!! We recommend this house !!!

Relaxing

Everything from the booking to the stay was super easy. Any and all questions I had were answered within a reasonable time. The house worked wonderful for our 2 families we had staying in the house. Loved the outdoor sitting area next to the pool! It was a great trip with lots of memories made!

Beautiful Home

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay in Cocoa Beach. We celebrated our Aunt's 60th and this home was perfect for our family to celebrate her and to share family stories. Our Co Host Zareh was quick to respond to all our needs. Highly Recommended.

Such a great vacation

This house was everything we needed it to be! It was so clean (which is a big deal to me). It was set up perfectly for our family. Two of my sons have families and one doesn’t. The rooms were perfectly set up to accommodate the pool was amazing and the location was perfect!. I never got back in the car. We were walking distance to the beach, the pier and all the restraints and coffee you could want. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Cocoa Beach.

Great location, pool and layout.

Great property. Located very close to the beach and the strip. Pool was prefect temp and well maintained. Layout of the house is perfect - has gathering places separating all the bedrooms, so plenty of gathering spots or privacy - whatever you want. Internet worked well - all TVs are streaming and nice PS4 with games ready to go - was nice! Kitchen has everything we needed. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Zero complaints - highly recommended!

The PERFECT group/family house

Everything about this property was perfect! Honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. We were three military couples from all over the US meeting together at this house for a week’s vacation. It was well equipped with even more than advertised. We weren’t missing anything. We just bought the food and drinks and were ready to go. It’s located perfectly with a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool is amazing! And we were located just 50 minutes from Universal Studios and 30 minutes from NASA. We even got to watch a space rocket launch from the beach. Honestly cannot review this property higher. If it’s available… rent it!

Best place to stay in Cocoa Beach

Absolutely fabulous! The house and property are better than the description and pictures! Stunning up to date design that is well thought out to have multiple people stay. 3 comfortable kings, 4 queens, 3 pull outs beds, video gaming space, large kitchen, huge back patio w ice machine, pool toys galore, beach cart, chairs, toys, etc! Communication with host and management was awesome! We don’t usually stay in the same VRBO twice but this may be my new home away from home!! Did I mention the beach is only a block away? Maybe 4 min max :) Love it!

I got married here in cocoa beach

It was amazing. Great value. Soo close to beach. Everything was clean from top to bottom. my family stayed with us since they flew in. 2 sets of wash machines, outdoor bathroom with shower, enormous pool, real fire pit, and the rooms and decor screamed beach. 2 refrigerators, and a chalk board with wifi passwords and it tells you when trash goes out. Everything in cabinets fully stocked. Please bring plastiic cups and paper plates because its less work. Bring extra toilet tissue as well. It also has beach equipment but we had our own. Its stocked with towels as well. Surrounding houses look sketchy but good neighborhood

Beach and Baseball at The Blue House

Our family, ranging from 1yr to 67yrs, had a marvelous time sharing this home for nearly a week. We ate all of our meals on the patio (Publix only 5min away!)--having brought a 6ft table and 6 folding chairs to add to the seating for 8, and that worked perfectly, with the addition of one in-house high chair to seat all of our crew. Sleeping: beds and linens were so comfortable; ample bathrooms (and great white towels!) to accommodate us; a real luxury to have 2 refrigerators and 2 washer/dryer combos to keep rotating wet towels and swimsuits in and out for our frequent trips to beach ( a few minutes easy walk) and pool (the pool was a fantastic feature for all of us!). What prompted our visit was that our son-in-law's baseball team had Spring Training at USSSA Space Coast Complex, a half hour away. Definitely doable! Zareh was extremely swift with all of his responses to our questions, and was so accommodating, too. Thank you for your hospitality, Zareh! Lastly, if you like surf fishing, you will really enjoy on the stretch of beach! We caught flounder, whiting, pompano, and sheepshead. They were delicious, prepared on the patio grill!
