The Space:

Nestled in a quiet Cocoa Beach neighborhood, A Space aWAVE offers the perfect mix of coastal relaxation and nearby adventure. Recently updated with stylish décor, this spacious beach retreat is designed with comfort in mind. The master bedroom features a plush queen bed, while the second bedroom offers a king-size bed and the third has twin bunk beds, making it perfect for kids or extra guests. A sofa bed adds additional sleeping space, making this home ideal for families or friend groups. Enjoy good times with your family and friends playing a variety of games in the air-conditioned garage that's been converted into a game room.



The true highlight? A brand-new private pool in the backyard, where you can soak up the Florida sunshine or cool off with a refreshing swim. Enjoy a peaceful morning coffee on the poolside patio, then gather around the fire pit at night for s’mores and stargazing. Please note, this is not a heated pool.



For those blending work and leisure, the home features a dedicated workspace and ultra-fast Wi-Fi, ensuring you can stay productive before heading out for a day at the beach.

With the shore just moments away, you’re all set for a perfect beach day. No need to pack heavy—just grab the beach cart, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys from the garage, plus the provided beach towels to keep things easy.



When you’re ready to head back, please take advantage of the outdoor shower on the west side of the house to rinse off the sand before entering the house or pool. Whether you’re catching waves, building sandcastles, or simply soaking up the sun, everything you need is right here!

PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- Pets are NOT allowed

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

- As part of standard vacation rental safety, exterior security cameras are positioned and facing the driveway, front door, and back door to monitor the home’s entry and exit points, especially when vacant. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.
