SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

* 1 King bed in the Master Suite (main level) with a walk-in shower ensuite.
* 2 Queen beds in the Tennessee Room and Dolly Parton Room, (both located upstairs) with private
ensuite bathrooms, sink, toilet / shared bath & shower, and walk-in closets. (Jack and Jill Shower Room)
* 1 Queen pull-out sofa in the Tennessee Room for extra sleeping options. (Upstairs)
* Sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably.

**Guests are required to sign Owner's Renters agreement to complete booking.
**The gas fireplace is shut down from May 20th to Sept 1, as is customary in the area during high temperatures during the summer time.
**Guests are provided "starter" toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, body soap, and coffee. Although we provide sufficient supplies for most stays, if additional items are needed, we kindly request that guests replenish their supplies.
**Cabin has a ring camera at the entryway that actively records motion and sound.
**The host is not responsible for items left behind.
Guests have access to the entire townhome, except for the owner's closet.
