Great stay in early January

We had a fantastic stay at this property close to UNCW campus! It worked out perfectly for our situation, with a great location close to restaurants, the beach, and the campus. Everything in the property worked wonderfully, and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Communication with Vince was excellent—he was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If we’re ever in the Wilmington area again, we would definitely choose this place. Highly recommend!

If there is any minor damage and I mean minor like a thread missing from a piece of rug or anything at all you will be charged a very hefty fee. Not to fix it though unfortunately because that would be to simple and not cost effective at all I guess but to just replace it the whole thing and for it to be thrown away which seems very wasteful sadly. Please be carful of any furnishings and I mean be very very carful. Other than that it was a great stay overall very clean honestly.
