Welcome to The Sheridan Grand! With 8 Bedrooms, this is the perfect destination for large group gatherings in Michigan City, IN. Located in the Sheridan Beach Neighborhood, this spacious home is just a few blocks from the Beaches of Lake Michigan. Unbeatable combination of comfort, convenience, and charm. Whether you’re planning a family reunion, a getaway with friends, or a special celebration, this house has everything you need to make your stay memorable.

The home offers a ton of great space for groups with gather together or in more intimate smaller group areas. As you pull up to the home you are greeted by a spacious front porch with plenty of outdoor furniture. As you enter the home you will find a large open floor plan with large sectional couch which is open to the dining room and large kitchen. Prepare meals for the entire group in the luxury kitchen and remain part of the fun!

The main floor offers a queen size bedroom tucked away off the front door. As you walk upstairs to the second level you will find 5 bedrooms, 2 featuring en suites. There is also a 3rd full bathroom off the hallway on this level to serve the additional 3 bedrooms.

The lower level features a walkout basement, huge rec room area with a large TV and plenty of games to keep the entire group entertained. In the lower level you will find 2 additional bedrooms, one featuring a bunk room with 6 twin beds. The other bedroom on this level will feature a double bed. Indoor Sauna will be a great place to finish off a nice relaxing day with a good sweat.

The house was perfect for our 4 families to be together for Christmas. The teenagers enjoyed the basement hangout space and the adults enjoyed having plenty of kitchen space!! Would recommend!!

Plenty of space for everyone to be together and to have their own private space to retreat to. We loved the sauna, the game room and the fact that there are 2 giant sofas where many of us could be together. This house is also a quick 5 minute walk to Lake Michigan and is situated in a beautiful neighborhood with a playground and a great brunch spot. We loved being able to spend so much time outside!

House was perfect for our extended family beach getaway. Easy 10 minute walk down the street to get to the beach. House was very clean, had tons of amenities and everything we needed to cook our own meals. The bunk room downstairs was perfect for the kids and they loved all being able to share one room. We were three families and everyone including the kids had a great time. There were plenty of activities to enjoy and the beach was within walking distance from the house. They even provided a wagon for convenience. The only minor drawback was the lack of facial tissues, but that didn’t take away from our fun-filled trip.
