Set up as 2 mirrored side by side duplexes that open into each other (if desired) on both the Living Area and The RoofTop Skybar Levels

With 8 bedrooms + 4 additional sleeping areas and 6 bathrooms, this retreat provides ample space for large groups or families seeking a memorable getaway. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with plush furnishings, premium linens, and modern amenities to ensure a restful night's sleep and utmost comfort throughout your stay. The home is set up with multiple living spaces so there can be some privacy but still being able to congregate in a single home for that special time together.

First Floor: Each side of the duplex enters into a separate Living Space that offers a special hangout area including a TV Room that will double as another sleeping area with a fold out couch. This space also features a Game Space and a set of bunks that the kids (big or small) will find super cozy and fun! As you walk past the game area you will find 2 additional bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom (on each side for a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 baths on each side).

Second Floor: Walk up to the 2nd level which features 2 gourmet kitchens with dining areas that each seat 10+, 2 Living rooms, 4 additional bedrooms and 4 bathrooms including 2 master suites. The two gourmet kitchens offer a chef's delight, featuring high end appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your group. Share laughter and conversation around the dining tables or take your meals al fresco on one of the outdoor patios, where the fresh lake breeze serves as the perfect accompaniment to your culinary creations.(Each side of the duplex features 2 beds/baths, its own kitchen/dining/Living room. Use the doorway in between the two units to utilize the space for a single larger group.)

Third Floor: 2 staircases lead to not one, but two rooftop decks, dubbed ‘The RoofTop Skybar’ which open to each other so your groups can experience either intimate settings or a large area for your entire group to hang out together. Imagine sipping cocktails under the starlit sky while listening to the waves crash on the beach. Whether you're lounging with loved ones or hosting a lively gathering, these rooftop decks provide the perfect setting for unforgettable moments and cherished memories.
