We loved our stay! Enjoyed the hot tub, wood burning stove, and TVs. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked and beds were comfy! We didn’t need them, but they also had all the equipment you’d need traveling with a baby.
Loved this get away! The views were stunning and we had absolutely everything needed available for our stay. Alexi was wonderful and we would definitely recommend this mountain view oasis.
If you’re looking for secluded with a view, this is your place. Well kept with plenty of kitchen utensils and space. It is VERY secluded. Pictures are true to view!
This was the perfect weekend get away after a loss in my family. The cabin is easy to get to with great directions. The cabin itself was very cozy peaceful with fantastic views of the valley below. There was everything we needed at the cabin so we only left once for food. We just laid around and relaxed without having to worry about anything. The perfect weekend getaway.
10/10 highly recommend! Communication was excellent, host was very responsive and checked in frequently to ensure a good stay. Excellent directions to the address, just as described and more. The tiny details, the robes, the complimentary drinks and snacks, fully stocked coffee bar, dry bar, comfiest beds I've ever slept in, truly exactly as described and then more. Thank you Alexi for the excellent stay and incredible hosting. Definitely will be returning.
We had an amazing time at 570 Marigold! Everything was prepared and clean, and just like the photos! The view was even better than the photos! I could look out over that view for hours. We enjoyed drinking our coffee at the balcony at the built in counter. We didn’t have the WiFi password when we got there, but the host was prompt to message us back with what we needed. We absolutely LOVED the hot tub and sauna! The hot tub was full and heated when we got there and was a dream to soak in at night. The master bed was on the soft side, but I think that comes down to preference. Also, I would recommend only driving on the side of Marigold Drive that the host describes in the instructions they send, because the other side gets VERY narrow and seems like a private drive.
This was the first family getaway I had with my husband and 10 month old, and it was nothing short of amazing! The house itself is nestled atop a ridge, showcasing the most beautiful views. We woke up each morning to brilliant sunrises shining through the double doors in the living room. There’s nothing quite like watching the sunrise while drinking a fresh cup of coffee, brewed from a fancy espresso machine. Speaking of amenities, you can really tell that the host of this VRBO knows exactly what a vacation rental needs in order to provide the best experience possible. There’s a hot tub, a huge bathtub with jets in the master bedroom, a poker table top, a screened in room with a hammock in it for ultimate lounging, a ton of board games, a record player, a smart TV with all of the apps, a propane grill, & a propane fire pit on the deck. One of my personal favorites of this rental was the wood burning stove in the living room giving it such a cozy feel, especially during the winter time. 10/10 would recommend using the wood burning stove to roast marshmallows! Since we were traveling with our 10 month old, we wanted a house that was family friendly and provided almost everything we needed in order to have a comfortable stay. This house was just that! We were pleased to find that there was a pack-and-play, clean crib sheets, a portable play pen, and high chair. Having this already at the VRBO made traveling so much easier and seamless. I would definitely recommend this rental!!!
33 year old, lover of animals, travel, good food and interesting stories. I started an airbnb out of my home while living in Miami for PA school, and despite this being an academically challenging period, these were some of the best years of my life thanks to my decision to host. I'll never forget the connections made with some of the most interesting people from all over the world, some who became friends. The shared meals, late night deep conversations, exchange of cultural traditions and the deep appreciation our guests showed for the place made it worth the extra work! It was a special period, greatly missed since graduating and moving back, and I have dreamed of being able to open up a home to host guests in again. In September, I bought this quaint mountain home. It's a work in progress but I am ready to share it with the world! It's a special little slice of peace where you can escape from the chaos of daily life, recharge and reconnect with mother Earth.
