We would like to invite you to stay at our newly home-away from home. Our in-town getaway is a spacious, single level, three bedroom, two bath townhome in the sought-after 'Cottonwoods' complex. The Cottonwoods townhomes are sought-after because of their location. They are located in a quiet neighborhood two and a half blocks off of Main Street in downtown Moab. Their location offers the best access to Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, the best mountain bike and OHV trails, and it is a short walk to the restaurants, shops, and bars on Main Street.

Our townhome is beautifully furnished with all your modern conveniences. Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, dining accommodations for eight, dishwasher, washer and dryer (to name a few). Each of the two patios have a gas grill and seating. A large master bedroom contains a king bed that can be converted into two twin beds. The master bedroom also has a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The condo will sleep six adults comfortably and up to eight people with a comfortable sleeper sofa located in the living room. There is also a queen sized air mattress that can be inflated to accommodate two more people. There is a pack 'n play crib available as well.

The spacious living room contains a 46 inch LG HD 3D smart T.V. with internet connectivity. Watch a movie or your favorite show with your Netflix, Vudu, or HuluPlus subscription. Dish TV is provided.

A two-car garage provides a secure place to store or work on all your toys. Keep your own road or mountain bike in tune using our bike repair stand. Additional off-street parking for two vehicles is provided in the driveway.

Feel free to bike around town or on Moab’s bike paths using the bikes provided. Our fenced back yard is situated next to a quiet area adjacent to the Mill Creek Parkway. Enjoy a swim in the Cottonwoods’ four-season heated indoor swimming pool. We have indoor and outdoor games for kids to play, adjacent to the units is a bmx park, and there is a skate park and new recreation center a few blocks away.

Pets are not welcome. Smoking is prohibited indoors.

Why Abraham, Sonja, and Zach chose Utah

My wife and I are from Salt Lake City though we spend time in and around Moab exploring the canyons, riding the mountain bike trails, hiking and skiing the La Sals, rafting the Colorado, and rock climbing. We purchased the Cottonwood unit as a convenient place to spend time with friends and family and use as a base for our adventures.

What makes this condo unique

The feature I like most about the townhouse is the downtown location. It is a short bike ride to many popular trails from the condo. It has a spacious living and dinning area with tile floors. Also, the private back yard is shaded by cottonwood trees and makes for a great place to hold BBQs.

GREAT LOCATION, VERY SPACIOUS, BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED

3 adults stayed here for the first time and will be returning here without a doubt. The location is great as you can easily walk to main street in 5 minutes. The unit is very large, with extremely nice furnishings, very comfortable beds and a nice grassy, private and fenced backyard with grill, table and chairs. Large 2-car garage included! It is one of the best units I have found in Moab and am reluctantly telling the world this because I would love it to myself, but Abraham and his family deserve. Also, Abraham is extremely responsive when communicating over months in advance and up to a day before. Kevin, Evergreen, CO

Great Location, Moab is TERRIFIC, simple living

Hello, We loved Moab and the area--great trip. Arches and Canyonlands are both terrific but the local hikes and bike rides really make the trip. Thanks for having the bikes available for short, local trips. My husband and I did not bring bikes but my adult children did so this make it possible for us all to bike together. The location of your condo near town is great. You have a really great situation and with a little attention to detail I think you will hit it out of the park. Please note that there were many light bulbs burnt out (and none available for replacement)...two in the master bathroom, one in the hall, one in the living room. I would check all light bulbs as it tends to get pretty dark at night and I think the wattage is low. In the kitchen...there were no paper towels, no trash bags, no potato peeler, no serving bowls and only one platter and a poor can opener was very difficult to use..........and unfortunately mouse dropping in the first drawer opened. Best of luck to you in the future.

Owner's Response: Thanks, we are glad you had a great time visiting Moab and enjoyed the condo. We have restocked the kitchen replacing the few broken and missing items mentioned in the review. We also replaced the broken light bulbs. The lights have dimmer sliders on them that need to be turned up to get the full brightness out of the bulbs. My family just spent a full month at the condo with no evidence of a mouse. The place is also deep cleaned every 6 months and professionally cleaned between each stay.

Perfectly nice place to stay close to town and services.

House is one side of a duplex property and was quite quiet. Very close to town and services (3blocks/5min walking). House was clean and furnishing were as expected from the images. Was great to have three bedrooms and 2 baths for our family. Everyone slept well. TV had tons of channels to watch. Property and interior are a little warn down and dated, but it is a rental and it seems to be very popular. Good value over all. Would stay again.

We were very disappointed in this property

We found this property to have an overall shabby appearance. Outdoor furniture cushions were ripped and had chipped paint. The bedding appeared old and the mattresses were not comfortable. Little spiders were coming out of the bathroom fan but worst of all were mouse droppings in all the kitchen drawers. Dishes in the cabinets were not clean either.

We left one night early and would never consider this property again

Owner's Response: Thank you for the feedback. We have replaced the patio furniture that was worn and promptly hired an exterminator for the mouse which is a problem that we have not had in the four years that we have owned the property. There is new bedding in the condo. Cleaning dishes are the responsibility of the guests the rest of the property is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Great vacation home on Williams Way

We had wonderful weekend at Abraham, Sonja, and Zach’s beautiful townhome. We've stayed at several of the townhomes on Williams Way over the years, and this was among the nicest. Beautifully decorated and well appointed, covering all our needs. It was great sitting in the lush backyard and unwinding at the end of the day. And we loved the beautiful photos mounted on the living room walls, showing some of our favorite places in Red Rock Country.

The location is fantastic -- right in town, but not noisy or hectic, an easy stroll to the beautiful Mill Creek Path and to the center of town, and even over to Kane Creek Road to the wildlife sanctuary.

We highly recommend this home, and hope to visit again soon.

Moab is a recreation mecca. It is surrounded by an extremely rugged and beautiful desert terrain. Famous for nearby Arches and Canyonlands national parks along with mountain biking and motorized off-road trails. Just 18 miles away, the La Sal Mountains reach elevations of over 12,000 feet. In town there are theater productions, a variety of galleries, concerts, and arts and music festivals.

Other events include vintage car shows, rodeos and horse events, marathons, parades, mountain bike races, many famous annual events such as Outerbike, the Easter Jeep Safari, Canyonlands half-marathon, and the Classic Car Show. Moab has a spectacular 18-hole golf course as well as tennis courts, a movie theater, a zipline, a water park, and bike and skateboard park.
