Place was spotless great view of the beach three pools grounds was kept clean lawn was well maintained. I would recommend this listing three bathrooms three bedrooms was so beautiful nice buildings, close to nice restaurants and mall.

I had a very bad experience in this place unfortunately! While the place had the best views in all of the places I’ve stayed in that was about it. The very second we walked in we were faced with the smell of mildew & mold. It was awful. My mother is asthmatic and we needed to get out! The air conditioners were not working and the furniture is old & dingy. I asked for a full refund from host which he denied. It’s a shame because the place could really nice if they haven’t some attention. I would not be back.

Cleanliness, more utensils, containers to store food, fix the ac unit have more bed sheets and bath towels. Fix the big gap between the wall and the slider in the living room.

I've stayed in a number of condos in Palmas over the past three years. I travel there for work regularly. I was very disappointed in this one. The A/C units did not work property. The management did attempt to have maintenance fix the problem, but they never got it fixed during the week we were there. The only way to get the units to come on was to turn the breakers off for 5 minutes and turn them back on again. This would allow the A/C units to work for a few hours and then go off again. I was very disappointed in the response of not getting this fixed over a whole weeks timeframe.
