Living space
Inside, the open-concept living area is defined by materials with character - hand-scraped mahogany floors and reclaimed ancient stone imported from Corsica, Italy bring warmth and texture to the space. A queen-size Restoration Hardware sofa sleeper anchors the sitting area, while the layout flows naturally toward the balcony and the bay beyond. A ceiling fan and portable fans keep the air comfortable, and a TV and board games make for easy, unhurried evenings in.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom centers on a king-size Ritz Carlton mattress dressed in Cariloha luxury sheets - a pairing built for genuinely restorative sleep. Extra pillows, blankets, and quality bed linens are provided, with the sofa sleeper accommodating up to four guests across the villa.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for everything from slow breakfasts to proper dinners - refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, cooking basics, and a baking sheet are all on hand. Wine glasses, a dining table, and a BBQ grill with barbecue utensils round out the setup, so whether you're eating in or firing up the grill as the sun drops over the water, you're well covered.
