Morning light glimmers across Hamilton Cove Bay as you take in the view from above, the Pacific stretching wide beyond the shoreline. Sea breezes drift through the open living space, and evenings settle in with the soft glow of lights reflecting off the water below. From your elevated perch, the rhythm of Avalon feels both close and peacefully removed.

Sleeping arrangements
This one-bedroom, one-bath villa comfortably sleeps 4 guests. The bedroom features a king Ritz Carlton mattress dressed in Cariloha sheets, offering a restful retreat after a day by the water. In the living area, a queen Restoration Hardware sofa sleeper provides additional space for family or friends. Extra pillows and blankets are available for added comfort.

Living space
Hand-scraped mahogany floors and reclaimed ancient stone imported from Corsica, Italy, bring texture and character to the interior. The open-concept layout connects the lounge, dining area, and kitchen, creating an easy flow for relaxing, reading, or watching TV. Board games and exercise equipment are available for laid-back afternoons indoors. Ceiling fans, portable fans, and heating help keep the space comfortable year-round.

The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals at home, whether you’re brewing morning coffee before heading out or enjoying a quiet dinner in. A dining table provides space to gather, and a BBQ grill with barbecue utensils makes it easy to cook outdoors.

Perched 87 steps above street level, the villa captures uninterrupted views of Hamilton Cove Bay, the Pacific Ocean, and the nearby pool. The property is waterfront and right next to a body of water, with beach access - Beachfront nearby for days spent along the shore. Wonderful Stay!

From the moment we arrived, it was obvious this villa resort operates on a completely different level. Every detail—every view, every moment—felt elevated, and genuinely luxurious. The villa itself was immaculate. Spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly private, it felt less like a rental and more like our own personal paradise. Waking up to breathtaking views and ending the day with sunsets that looked straight out of a postcard never got old. The beds were insanely comfortable, and the outdoor space was peaceful, scenic, and made for pure relaxation. What truly sets this villa apart, though, was the service. The interactions with our booking agent were warm, attentive, and somehow always one step ahead. Every request was met with enthusiasm, not obligation. We felt taken care of. If you’re even considering booking here, stop thinking and just do it.

Nice well kept unit in Hamilton Cove. We enjoyed the views. Several flights of stairs to climb to get to entrance. Nice to have the golf cart to get around the town in.

Breathtaking views. Quiet and peaceful island experience. An amazing and unique chance to experience a lavish lifestyle with all the amenities. The cart is absolutely necessary to enjoy this location. Recommend carting to Vons to bring back food to cook on the full kitchen or balcony bbq.

Beautiful villa

Wonderful stay in a beautiful villa in Hamilton Cove community. FUNtastic location. Having the golf cart to get around was wonderful. The property owner was great to work with and a wealth of information on what to do while visiting. Every place he recommended to eat was yummy.

It Was Amazing

We had a great time at this location and really enjoyed the island and everything that is had to offer. The owner was available whenever questions came up and made our stay easy and relaxing. We would definitely come back to this location if we were to travel back to Catalina in the future.

Luxury and convenience

The property is awesome. Beautiful ocean views with all the amenities of home. The included golf cart allows for unlimited travel to all of the restaurants and fun that Avalon offers. We also chose to stay in one night and enjoy a barbecue on the balcony watching boats cruise in and out of the harbor. Our kids slept in the sleeper sofa and reported it was crazy comfy, Rimas, our point of contact, was so helpful during our entire stay. He arranged (w small fee) to have the golf cart waiting for us after we got off the ferry in downtown, and also arranged for us to take the golf cart down to Avalon after checkout so we could get some breakfast and haul luggage to the boat, We also had a blast playing beach volleyball, jumping in ocean, pool and spa - all of which are visible from the balcony. Can’t wait to book again.

Very relaxing

The view! The spa! The Hamilton Cove property is the best we have stayed at in many years of visiting Catalina. The manager was very helpful as we had some issues finding the unit and charging the cart. But in the end we figured it all out.
