The Space
Set 87 steps above street level, this one-bedroom villa accommodates up to four guests. A private entrance leads into an open layout that connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, framed by hand-scraped mahogany floors and reclaimed stone imported from Corsica, Italy. Large windows draw in natural light and keep the water in view, creating a relaxed setting for reading, cooking, or simply watching boats pass across the bay.
Sleeping Arrangements
The bedroom features a king Ritz Carlton mattress designed for restful nights, while the living area includes a queen Restoration Hardware sofa sleeper. With one bedroom and two beds total, the villa comfortably sleeps up to four guests. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and essentials are provided.
