This well-appointed two story home sleeps 6 occupants. Both bedrooms are on the second floor, with a Cal king bed in the master and twin beds in the second bedroom, and a Queen Sofa Sleeper downstairs in the living room. You will also find a spacious deck with patio furniture on the second floor for enjoying some outdoor time. This home has a full bath upstairs and a half bath on the first floor. The first floor offers a comfortable living room, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a counter top corner bar with four bar stools separating the kitchen from the dining area. The bar height counter is a great place to eat breakfast or a snack and to keep the cook company during meal time preparation. This house was even better than the pictures! It was perfect for our family to spend time at. I really wanted a place with a deck and it was perfect. After a long day walking around it was so wonderful to go back to a nice clean home. Location was close to everything so being able to walk everywhere within 15 minutes was wonderful.

Catalina island has it all! Great food, gorgeous hiking, adventure, relaxation, easy to get around on foot, and beautifully untouched majority of the island. The locals are sincerely friendly. We enjoyed every bit of our time here.

This was probably the nicest place I've stayed at on Catalina island. It really shows that the owners take pride in their home. It had a great layout and was well equipped. I appreciate the fact we were able to get a discount on the third night because of a canceled ferry. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Summer Stay

We really liked the house. Great location, easy to get around. Loved the outdoor deck for coffee in the morning. Very beachy feel. Great size kitchen. Would definitely stay there again. Check in was very smooth and able to be sorted electronically. Only cons, hide a bed isn't great and use of a washer and dryer would be an improvement.

We enjoyed our time at this property. It had a great balcony that we enjoyed every day. The two bedrooms were spacious and the entire place was nicely & tastefully decorated. We were there for the jazz festival at the casino ballroom and it would have been nice to have a golf cart included. Many rentals on Catalina include a cart.

Exceeded expectations!

We came for a nice two night trip and wanted something close to town, enough space for everyone to sleep and hangout at night, and a large deck for watching the sunset and coffee in the morning. The house was spot on fantastic! Super clean and had everything we needed. Just two short blocks to the grocery and walkable to Descano beach for snorkeling and beach time, everything you need was close by. Check in was easy and I really can’t say enough - I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

Great location. Cute little house. Had everything we needed except a plunger which we bought at the hardware store. Would be nice to have separate beach towels. Kitchen is well equipped. Good selection of games. The description made it sound like the carpet was new, but it was visibly dirty and could use a good cleaning. There was hair in the shower, And it would be great to include a golf cart for transporting groceries and dropping off at Descanto Beach, the ropes course, or botanical gardens since they are a bit more of a walk especially for little kids. The stained glass windows are beautiful and access to the washer and dryer would be appreciated.

Great house that completely fit our needs

Stayed at this property for weekend to celebrate a couple family birthdays, college graduation and Mothers Day. We had a great stay. The check-in was seamless. I was initially concerned about potential noise in the neighborhood because some construction/remodeling going on a couple houses away, but luckily no work was being done on weekend, so it was not an issue. The house was VERY clean and had a quaint Catalina/beach decorating theme. The location is very centrally located and no need for a golf cart to get around (which was initially a concern). After activities on island during day, it was nice to chill at the house and unwind in a quiet neighborhood. The house is well furnished and very comfortable. Huge family room TV which was great for us to watch the Lakers eliminate the Warriors from playoffs! We would definitely stay at property again. Thanks to the host for a wonderful weekend.
