I decided not to stay in this property so I cannot comment on cleanliness. This property may be perfect if you are doing business in the nearby industrial area, but a vacation rental it is not.

Very clean. Safe neighborhood. Beautiful victorian neighborhood. 2 separate bedrooms on either side of the house. New updated bathroom. It was very clean

The host was easily reached and made communication a breeze. The house is small & simple with modern updates and touches that make it feel cozy and comfortable. It is well maintained & in a perfect location to be able to walk into downtown.
