Welcome to The Pine Home!
Take in Taos' stunning nature and breathtaking views from large bay windows while enjoying the comfort and convenience of being in the heart of town. We have a private hottub that seats 6 in our walled courtyard.

Prime Location:

The Pine Home is centrally located in Taos, close to the Historic District and all essential in-town amenities. By car, we're just:
- 5 minutes from Taos Plaza and the Historic District
- 10 minutes from the Millicent Rogers Museum and Taos Pueblo
- 2-3 minutes from Walmart and Albertsons

For outdoor enthusiasts, we're also within easy driving distance to local ski resorts and hiking trails:
- 35 minutes to Taos Ski Valley
- 33 minutes to Sipapu Ski and Summer Resort
- 45 minutes to Angel Fire Ski Resort

Additionally, the property is just 2 minutes away from the restaurant owned by the primary host, Connie, who has been a restaurant owner for 20 years. The Pine Home:

This spacious property offers a fully private, peaceful retreat with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a beautiful walled courtyard. Situated on half an acre of fenced land, it is surrounded by a mix of pine and apricot trees, making for a charming, nature-filled environment. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with free on-site parking for up to four vehicles.

The Pine Home has two levels, but this listing is only for the ground floor. For guest comfort and privacy, we will not be listing the basement unit separately (so, the basement will be vacant for the duration of your stay).

Property was spotless, well appointed kitchen and host went above and beyond to provide amenities such as toiletries, coffee and condiments, bottled and filtered water waiting in the refrigerator. There was also a bowl of fresh fruit, and we especially enjoyed the homemade chocolate chip cookies waiting for us upon arrival! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

nice property in a very convenient area. the owner was wonderful and attentive. The outdoor space was wonderful, with great space to enjoy the lovely weather. Property near a great local park that was attached to a wildlife wetland area...great for walks. We enjoyed our trip and the unit as well.

This is a fun and eclectic place to stay. It was super clean, convenient to most places around town, has a nice view of Taos Mountain, and was the most well-stocked place we’ve ever stayed in with everything from A-to-Z, including fresh fruit, bandaids, and extra toothbrushes, if you forgot yours! Yuanyuan is a super host, but we didn’t need to ask for anything because she thought of everything in advance!

Very nicely appointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed this rental! The place was fully stocked and very nicely appointed. The beds and linens were dreamy. We didn't want for anything and it was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends and family. And as an added benefit, it's walking distance to an Albertsons and across the road from the house is a prairie dog colony!

Peaceful Pine Tree

Property was perfect for our stay.  We felt welcome from the moment we walked in the door.  The fresh baked cookies and fruit really hit the spot after a day on the road. The home has a great layout with plenty of room for socializing  and relaxing.  Due to the beautiful fall weather, we spent much of our time outside enjoying the courtyard and hot tub. At night it is dark enough to get a good view of the stars. We saw quite a few shooting stars from the hot tub. Our host Connie is very nice and easy to communicate with. This is one of the best appointed homes we have ever visited. There is everything you need for your visit and more!  We could not have had a better stay!

Everything about our time here was wonderful. The home is in a great location with quick drives to the center of town for shopping and eating. There were freshly baked cookies and a large bowl of fruit greeting us at the dining table. Whatever you may need is most likely provided here from detergent to shampoo, soap, lotion, bottled water or small servings size cups of peanut butter. The hot tub was ready for us after a day of hiking and the privacy of the space outside is not confining at all and the essence of New Mexico is evident inside and out. My husband is still coveting the bed and comforter where we slept. An incredible host and known im the area as a generous and involved community menmber and also a restaurant owner located near the home. Her work ethic and details to service are impeccable.

The Pine House was incredible and the best host of all time!

Connie, the owner wins as best host ever for all our VRBO's since it came out in 2007. The home is perfect for family up top or get basement and many more rooms. She has everything stocked and beyond, fruit, all fridge condiment items. 2 awesome beds, Gas range, 2 very nice couches and a perfect TV/ kitchen/ bedroom/bathroom setup with incredible views of the range, giant windows. We prefer to stay in town bc everything is around us, Albertsons is 4 blocks away. Huge lot, great privacy and very clean and staged with class, no cheap couches or beds! We will be back, Connie is the best host we have had by miles matching up with the quality of what you see in the photos. Our week was perfect b/c of this home and caring host, Thanks Connie and see you soon! She went out of her way so whatever you do, treat that property and her with respect, it has good energy and she is a special vrbo host and she is such a nice lady! I can't even rate with stars b/c this is next level 1st class service. This trip was priceless and not lonely and far like out on the Arroya or somewhere far from the plaza near the ski valley but not cramped up like near the Inn but to each his own. Major Taos winning at The Pine Home! :-))
