This was our second stay at Casa Maravilla… even better than before because we got to chat a bit with Jean and visit the ashram next door - highly recommend. Lots of wildlife this time, too, and beautiful sunsets from the porch.

This property offers a most beautiful and serene setting. The casita was “home” away from home and the experience was beyond amazing. A perfect setting to get to know Taos. Will book again.

The casita is quiet, spacious and well-located. this is our second year and we hope to stay next Aug. Tara greets you, shows you around and is available for any catastrophes (there have been none yet). Although we only use the kitchen for coffee (lazy us) it is 'ready to go' with everything you'd need for meals...and there IS a grill outside. Last year we saw three peacocks in the morning. this year only a large number of robins. A wonderful find!

Casa Maravilla was everything we expected, private and yet conveniently close to town. The casita was spacious for the two of us and had everything we needed for our comfort. Tara was the ultimate host, very responsive to our messages and treated us like friends. I would stay there again if we are ever in Taos in the future.

The setting is wonderful and the casita has a very spacious feel in the living room and kitchen for a nice little one bedroom, but again has a great rural field, and you get a nice little view of the mountains from the hot tub and even a little alpaca sightings!

Perfect Taos Getaway

We loved our stay here! It’s in the perfect spot, so close to everything but we felt like we were staying on a little farm in the country. Super clean, delicious scones, great stay.

Loved our stay at Casa Maravilla! Charming, warm and comfortable casita equipped with everything we needed. Location was absolutely perfect - peaceful surroundings, easy 15-20 min walk to restaurants/shops. Especially enjoyed the secluded, super clean hot tub (steps from bedroom door). Looking forward to booking again next time we visit Taos.
