ALLEGHENY SPRINGS # 414 - Junior Queen Studio- 1 QB,1SS - This classic Studio room will sleep 2-4 people. It is located on the 4th floor within the heart of the Snowshoe Village. This condo is a traditional room with a small sitting area, a kitchenette, and also a gas fireplace. The condo has a full-sized Bath, 1 Queen Bed, and a Sleeper Sofa. A small Balcony overlooks the village.

​​​​​​SLOPE SIDE - Allegheny is located adjacent to the Skidder slope at the top of the Ballhooter Lift - Between Mountain Lodge and Highland House.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Air Conditioning; High-Speed Internet; Free Long Distance; Elevators; Fitness Room; Sauna; Outdoor Heated Pool; Hot Tub; Ski Storage lockers/Bike Storage; Laundry facility on site; Restaurant and Bar on Site (Seasonal); Parking in main Village Parking Lot across Snowshoe Drive and Valet Parking is available for an additional per night fee.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Overall we had a nice stay!Pros: convenient location to restaurants and slopes and the Ballhooter Highspeed lift! Perfect for morning drop offs at Ski School and Starbucks! The unit was very clean and kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need for cooking.Cons: Amenities: the fitness center has 1 bike, 1 treadmill, and 1 elliptical. Unfortunately, the treadmill incline function was not working, and the elliptical was broken. Unit: couple things needed to be addressed by maintenance but they were unable to fix during our stay. Communication with Casago was great but there must have been a communication breakdown between their office and team. Overall, we would rent from Casago again as well as this same unit. We spoke with Casago after we checked out and they assured us that these items would be noted and addressed.

Our portfolio includes a wide variety of privately owned properties throughout the resort, ranging from cozy studios to spacious multi-bedroom mountain homes suitable for families and groups.

While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.

Casago Snowshoe provides professional vacation rental management and guest services year-round, welcoming visitors for winter skiing and snowboarding as well as summer mountain biking, hiking, festivals, and other outdoor recreation.
