Located just beyond Hyannis Harbor, this pet-free (allergies) 4bdrm home with 13 beds can accommodate a multi-family getaway.
Perfect for grandparents/siblings & their children. Park your car and walk everywhere: to the beach & playground across the street; to the Harbor restaurants and ice cream shop; to Main St. for teens; to the Island ferries, to fishing boat excursions, Pirate ship excursions or sunset/daytime cruises.
The home: Each bdrm except Master has multiple beds. Full bath on 1st floor is shared by 2 bedrooms. First bedrm has a queen and twin bunks. Second bedroom has queen and twin. Master has its own full bath. And 4th bedroom has seven beds - a queen and six twins. And this bedroom uses full bath on second floor. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water.
Other amenities:
Parking for 5 cars.
Bed linens and bath towels are provided for a $210 laundry fee. No beach towels. 6-8 beach chairs. Washer/Dryer. Fenced in back yard. Barnstable Beach sticker (Veteran's & Kalmus beaches are walkable but sticker gets you the others).

So much fun!

This house very nicely fit all 17 of us and we had an absolute blast! The beach is just across the street and the backyard is spacious with plenty of sun!

Perfect location with plenty of space

We loved the property and grounds. Proximity to the beach was unbeatable and the quick walk into town was nice. The trolley route goes right past the house if you prefer to ride instead of walk.Lynne was very responsive. Would definitely book again.
