Perfect Family Vacation Home

  • 5 of 5

This was a wonderful place to stay for our Cape Cod vacation. The house is centrally located which makes traveling around the Cape very easy. The house comfortably fit our family and my parents. The backyard is fenced which was great for letting the kids run around and we loved the outdoor shower! Another lovely feature was the screened in sunroom. We ate breakfast every morning out there and enjoyed a glass of wine at dusk without mosquitos! The beach is a quick 2 block drive and the house supplied beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. This was our first time to the Cape and the owners where super responsive and provided us with suggested places to eat and things to do; which made this vacation even more special. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property/Great Owner

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at this property last summer (Aug 2016) and throughly enjoyed our visit. Barbara was extremely helpful and hospitable. The home is well stocked with necessities and exactly as advertised. Our children enjoyed the house, yard, and proximity to the beach. There was plenty of room to host a lobster dinner for extended family in the area. Everyone who attended commented on the beauty of the home as well as the ways Barbara ensures your stay is easy and restful. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. We were able to visit various local sites with ease. We look forward to returning sometime!

Perfect location!

  • 5 of 5

My family of four along with my parents rented this home for a week in Aug 2016! We had a great trip. Home was very clean. Central air was very much appreciated. Fenced backyard was perfect for kids. All beach gear was provided and so convenient to have. Location is perfect to both the beach and town. Truly a great rental and we have rented quite a few in both Chatham and Harwich! Highly recommend and we hope to return again Aug 2017!!

Perfect house - great location!

  • 5 of 5

This was my second year renting this home. It is in a great location right off of 28 so a quick jump to all we want to do. Lots of restaurants, shopping, activities in the area. Beach is walkable which is fantastic. I rent with my sister and her family so with all the kids and the 2 families the house has a great set up. Lots of parking and in a quiet area. We do all the Cape things like bumper boats, go carts, mini-golf etc but also a 6 minute ride to the boat tours that take you out to see the seals or Capn Kids Fishing trip (both highly recommended). Cranberry Valley a nice course again 6 minutes away....everything is right there from Dennis to Chatham very convenient.

Review the pictures they are very extremely accurate. Its a great vacation house with all the conveniences of home, full AC, fenced in back yard with grill, stocked up beach toys, chairs, boogie boards you name it. Great yard for kids all fenced in with an outdoor shower again great for kids coming back from the beach. House is fully stocked with lots of room for 2 families to move around, decor is great very appropriate for Cape Cod.

Owner is great I have worked with her for 2 years and plan on a 3rd year. Very responsive to email and truly cares about you having a great vacation. Very accomodating and as you will see in the house they use it themselves as well and the home is well kept. We enjoy it and everyone loves it. A home away from home for a week anyway! If you are looking to rent in that area look no further you will really love it.

A Home Away From Home

  • 5 of 5

From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcome and at home. What immediately met our eyes was how attractively decorated and clean the rooms were. We soon discovered that the house was fully appointed with everything we would need and that all the beds and other furniture were as comfortable as we could wish. Given all we had heard about how crowded Cape Cod is during the summer, we were delighted to find only two or three other people on Earle Road Beach when we made a short walk there each morning through a lovely neighborhood. We hosted a small reunion for family members one evening and found that the kitchen, patio, barbecue, and back yard were very well equipped and able to accommodate our group of 11 people for an outdoor dinner and games. And, the house was quiet, so we slept well and long. In short, everything we hoped to find, we found.
