Stunning 17th floor junior suite at the Fontainebleau Tresor Tower w/direct ocean views. This unit offers 516 SF of indoor space, plus an outdoor balcony. The Fontainebleau is a 22-acre, oceanfront, 5 star resort w/top of the line amenities. 12 restaurants & bars, LIV night club, Lapis spa & gym. The condo is allowed to sleep 4 people, with one king size bed, and one pull out sofa bed.
Included for FREE with your stay:
Access to all Fontainebleau pools and hot tubs - (towels, chairs and umbrellas included, no resort fee charged, it is included with your reservation)
Beach access/service - (towels and chairs included, umbrellas are extra)
Direct and unrestricted access from the hotel grounds to the recently renovated 7 mile long Miami Beach Boardwalk
Complimentary Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, and Banana boat rides on the beach (subject to weather)
Access to the Fontainebleau Gym and Fitness Facilities. Complimentary daily morning fitness classes / sunrise yoga (Yoga is on Saturday and Sunday mornings only)
Free entry for two guests to the Stunning Lapis Spa throughout the duration of your stay (In the spa you will find and enjoy a co-ed hydrotherapy pool, rejuvenating mineral waters hot tub, eucalyptus steam room, rain tunnel showers, and complimentary refreshments)

2. Hotel's mandatory check out cleaning service charge
Mandatory cleaning fee and hotel transient rental fee are not included in the rate, and are charged by the hotel upon departure.
DEFAULT SELECTION FOR YOUR STAY IS MANDATORY CHECK OUT CLEANING: $155 + tax (no service provided during stay).
Every other day cleaning option is also available at the cost of $80/cleaning + tax, plus additional check out cleaning fee of $155+tax.
Additional linens, towels, etc. can be ordered by calling housekeeping during your stay.
We do not charge a cleaning fee. A cleaning fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel, and is subject to change, MUST be confirmed by the guest at check-in with the front desk agent. The charge is dependent on the frequency of cleaning, preference must be communicated by guest upon check-in. Unfortunately, we cannot waive the cleaning fee.

A daily incidentals hold is charged by the Hotel upon checking In, and is a hold on your CC for billing to your room, i.e. Room Service or for any damages. The amount is released / refunded upon Check Out. Please reach out to us to clarify these fees if you feel this may be an issue.
If you have a car, valet parking fees are charged directly by resort. Please check with the hotel / valet on the charges as the rates are variable and do change daily.
The building is a non smoking building. A smoking fee may be charged by the Hotel if you smoke in the room. . You may enjoy smoking on the balcony. Please don’t burn the balcony furniture.
Pets are welcome but a pet cleaning fee may be charged by the hotel. Smoking fee/Pet Cleaning Fee is charged by the hotel. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about these fees. Pets must be leashed. Only two domestic pets weighing 70 lbs at maturity are permitted.
