CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
During your visit, you may notice some construction activity as we begin an enhancement of our pool deck, a multi-year investment in new pools, water features, and family experiences for the resort. We have worked hard to minimize the impact on your stay, and the hospitality we are known for remains in place throughout.

The main Bow Tie Pool, Arkadia Pool, 5th Fl Sorrento owner’s pool & 7th Fl Tresor owner’s pool will remain open.

While a few pool areas and cabanas are being reconfigured, we have expanded our beach footprint with additional games, lounge seating, kids’ activities, volleyball, and spike ball, along with more chairs. Our dining venues remain open, with hours adjusted where needed to make sure you are well taken care of.


BOOKING POLICIES

Cancellations or requests for date changes made less than 60 days are not eligible for any refund, travel credits or date change. There are no exceptions.
Please familiarize yourself with your own state/countries policy for travel and post travel quarantine.
Due to our discounted booking rates we cannot offer flexibility in reservations.

Housekeeping service is for cleaning upon departure. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, please feel free to contact me to discuss and arrange, as this service is available for an additional fee.

Exceptional hospitality by our host and fabulous amenities at Fontainebleau. Everything was seamless from our arrival to our departure. Our stay was extremely enjoyable that the only disappointment was having to leave. Highly recommend staying at 21201 Tresor Suite.

I love staying at the Fontainebleau! Miriam was very responsive when I messaged her. It’s in a great location and has access to everything where you almost don’t have to leave if you didn’t want to! Starting the day going to the spa with the included passes was the best part!

This is the ultimate beach get away! To be able to afford staying at the iconic Fountainebleau AND have all the amenities, beach access and to be able to enjoy the property is almost too good to be true. The room is a generous size, the property is clean and stocked with everything you could need. Coming to a Miami beach vacation, there is no better place to stay.

disappointing experience. The room smelled strongly of cleaning supplies, and the check-in process was unnecessarily complicated—you had to meet someone in person just to get the key. The guy didn’t even say hi or buy he just handed us more papers to singed which could’ve been done with the front desk staff. Half of the resort was closed due to construction, which significantly affected the experience. Everyone was forced to use the only available pool because of the construction, and there were not enough beach loungers for everyone. We were also faced with an additional 1,500 incidental fee, while the resort staff provided very little assistance and directed us to handle everything through the website/host. There was also an additional fee at checkout. Overall, too many fees, annoying construction, and okay customer service

Hi Tetiana thank you for your review. We do have it stated in our listing regarding the construction and incidental hold so all guests are aware. The incidental is hotel policy. It is not a fee, it is a hold and is returned at check out following no damages made to the room. This hold was returned to you, there were no additional fees.

Fantastic stay!

This property was an excellent place for getaway. The suite was impeccably clean. The hotel staff was great! I would 100% go back . I strongly recommend this place to anyone who would like a great place for a Miami getaway!
