Welcome to our brand-new 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home located in the peaceful Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle. Nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Magnolia, our brand new build home has all the modern fittings that can help with a comfortable stay.
the main floor has the lounge, dining and kitchen area, and the upstairs area has both bedrooms and full bathrooms.
The Master Bedroom has an on suite bathroom with dual vanity sinks.
We have a 3rd bedroom with bunk beds and a desk for a workspace.
There's a fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, and the outdoor space has a BBQ and a fire pit, creating the perfect setting for family dining or cozy evenings under the stars.
There is a one car space parking in the garage, and free street parking close to the home.

- Helix Midnight King and Queen Mattresses
- Washer/dryer in unit
- TV in Master Bedroom
- Full kitchen with Dishwasher.
- Keurig Coffee maker with drip, French press and a coffee grinder
- Tea and coffee's included
