Location, Location, LOCATION and did I mention the great location -->Amenities, Amenities, Amenities

  • 5 of 5

We’ve averaged 2 trips a year to the Seattle area for the last 10 years and usually divide our time between the pastoral areas of South Whidbey Island and the vibrant life of Seattle. We’ve never stayed in a property where you could IMMERSE yourself in all the Seattle urban lifestyle options that Anne’s Seattle View Property has to offer. With a panoramic Lake Union view (watch the Kenmore Seaplanes come and go!) as well as using the space needle for a night light from your bedroom, you’ll feel sorry for the folks in the noisy downtown luxury hi-rise hotels that can only look into an empty office across the street.

Back to the location: I’ll challenge you to find a location that is more accessible than this home. You could easily stay here without having your own car. Get an Orca e-purse transit card in advance of your arrival in Seattle (they’ll mail it to you) then take a short walk down to East Lake and Lynn, like a local catch tap your card when you get on the Metro 70 bus to downtown or the University District. From either of those locations in 10 minutes you can connect to any neighborhood or outlying city near Seattle. If you do have a car you’re only one to two minutes onto Interstate 5 north or south bound. The same goes for coming home after day tripping to the mountains or the sea. And I almost forgot to mention the double car garage with a remote control lets you get securely into the home. We were able to park our full size Ford XL Expedition inside and still walk around it.

Anne’s Seattle View Property fit the needs of our party of six for six nights in March, we were comfortable in our rooms and could start our mornings with coffee around the fireplace and watch the morning seaplane departures as we planned our day.

Anne’s prompt response to my inquiries and flexible payment options gave me confidence that we were dealing with a true property professional.

You won’t be disappointed living your Seattle Townie Dream at the Seattle View Property. Take one of here courtesy umbrellas if you want but remember it will identify you as a tourist!

Enjoy

Nice, convenient place 10 min from everywhere

  • 5 of 5

Great place, compact but efficient design. Very easy access to I-5 north and south, for access to Seattle proper or the surrounding area. Good view from the top floor (master BR). Excellent location for spending lots of time in downtown Seattle.

Great location

  • 4 of 5

Everything was wonderful at this location except was not prepared for the amount of stairs that had to be climbed every day. Would recommend this be noted and stressed in the listing. Also there was some mold in the showers which I took care of while I was there. Other than that was very happy with our stay.

Owner's Response: Hi Lynda, Glad you had a wonderful time at our vacation home. We always want our guests to have the best experience and with every review we grow. Sorry you felt that this home was more of a workout then you were anticipating. The photos, video + guest comments state that this is a 4 story townhouse with stairs. The house gets a deep cleaning with every rental turnover (2 x week) and based on our history of 5 stars your findings were quite unique. I wish you would have contacted me during your stay to let me know because any issue is handled immediately. Again, thank you for staying with us and I'm glad you were happy with your stay. Sincerely, Anne

Great property! Very clean and modern. Easy access to all of Seattle.

  • 5 of 5

First and foremost, Anne was a gracious host. She was easy to contact and very helpful. The property is beautiful with a great view. We had everything we needed. The only thing we shopped for was food. It was so clean and comfortable. After a day of activities, we felt like we were coming home to relax. My husband is a clean freak and he was so impressed with the property he couldn't say enough good things about it. I would highly recommend this property.

Review #19534556 “Panoramic City, Space Needle, Lake Union Views!!! 25% down PYMT PLAN”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★

If I could give a higher rating then 5 stars then I would! My family arrived and we were blown away by the clean, beautiful home with great views and 2 car garage all located in a neighborhood so close to downtown. All the extras Anne (the owner) provides you can tell she cares about her guests.. there's a renter's manual for favorite neighborhood spots you can walk to .. we especially liked the European wine and cheese store (Pete's) down the hill by the houseboats. Bus stops close by .. some of us used public transit and it was easy to get around using the Orca pass. Also, Anne's payment plan option helped us budget our trip. Wonderful trip to remember!

Spacious

  • 5 of 5

This home has a lot of room three floors. The drive in garage is very convenient and has plenty of space around the car for unloading. There is a nice kitchen/living area for talking and spending time together. The master bedroom/bath is spacious. The master bedroom is on the top level and it is warmer than the rest of the house; the room has it's own AC unit to help keep the temperature down on a sunny day.
