Location, Location, LOCATION and did I mention the great location -->Amenities, Amenities, Amenities

  • 5 of 5

We’ve averaged 2 trips a year to the Seattle area for the last 10 years and usually divide our time between the pastoral areas of South Whidbey Island and the vibrant life of Seattle. We’ve never stayed in a property where you could IMMERSE yourself in all the Seattle urban lifestyle options that Anne’s Seattle View Property has to offer. With a panoramic Lake Union view (watch the Kenmore Seaplanes come and go!) as well as using the space needle for a night light from your bedroom, you’ll feel sorry for the folks in the noisy downtown luxury hi-rise hotels that can only look into an empty office across the street.

Back to the location: I’ll challenge you to find a location that is more accessible than this home. You could easily stay here without having your own car. Get an Orca e-purse transit card in advance of your arrival in Seattle (they’ll mail it to you) then take a short walk down to East Lake and Lynn, like a local catch tap your card when you get on the Metro 70 bus to downtown or the University District. From either of those locations in 10 minutes you can connect to any neighborhood or outlying city near Seattle. If you do have a car you’re only one to two minutes onto Interstate 5 north or south bound. The same goes for coming home after day tripping to the mountains or the sea. And I almost forgot to mention the double car garage with a remote control lets you get securely into the home. We were able to park our full size Ford XL Expedition inside and still walk around it.

Anne’s Seattle View Property fit the needs of our party of six for six nights in March, we were comfortable in our rooms and could start our mornings with coffee around the fireplace and watch the morning seaplane departures as we planned our day.

Anne’s prompt response to my inquiries and flexible payment options gave me confidence that we were dealing with a true property professional.

You won’t be disappointed living your Seattle Townie Dream at the Seattle View Property. Take one of here courtesy umbrellas if you want but remember it will identify you as a tourist!

Enjoy

Spacious

  • 5 of 5

This home has a lot of room three floors. The drive in garage is very convenient and has plenty of space around the car for unloading. There is a nice kitchen/living area for talking and spending time together. The master bedroom/bath is spacious. The master bedroom is on the top level and it is warmer than the rest of the house; the room has it's own AC unit to help keep the temperature down on a sunny day.

EXCELLENT PLACE

  • 5 of 5

We were in Seattle for my sons wedding and we are so happy we found this place to stay at! Definitely a TOP OF THE LINE rental! Everything was exactly as stated. There were 7 adults and two children and it fit us all perfectly! Even my 102 year old grandma enjoyed herself! We had no problem getting her up and down the stairs. The view from the master bedroom was amazing! and from the 2nd floor too! It is a quick jump onto I5 or if it's busy you can sure get to Seattle easily by the side streets. It's a very nice and short walk to some delicious places to eat or head down to Lake Union. Our check-in and check-out was a breeze. Our host Anne was very accommodating and easy to communicate with! When we come back to beautiful Seattle we will definitely stay here!

Best Vacation Rental

  • 5 of 5

If there was a 6th star I would of chosen that. Honestly this was by far the best vacation home I have ever stayed at. The location was amazing and so was the home. It overlooks the Lake and space needle and close to pretty much everything we needed. For anyone vacationing in Seattle I recommend this place. I am very picky when it comes to where I stay and can be OCD, and this place met all of my expectations. It was very clean and spacious! It had everything we needed for the 5 days we stayed there. Thank you so much ANNE for letting us stay at your home. This will be my go to place If I'm every in Seattle!!!!!

Our extended family just spent a very enjoyable week at this condo and the accommodations were very nice. The condo is in great shape, the views of Lake Union/ Seattle and the Space Needle are wonderful and the owners/ managers of the property were very responsive to any demands/requests.Would definitely recommend to anyone with a larger family who are considering a rental in Seattle.

Great place to stay!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in this home while visiting Seattle to attend our son's graduation and we could not be happier! The property was conveniently located near the U District and had easy access to the Interstate 5. The view of the lake was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony. The home had everything you could possibly need while staying, down to scissors and tape which was really helpful since we ended up needing to use those items while we were there! Anne the owner was responsive and easy to work with from the beginning and she was so understanding when a family member accidentally knocked a wall mirror down (which cracked). We carefully cleaned up and I called her to tell her what happened and she said, "I appreciate you calling me and cleaning up. Please enjoy the rest of your stay!" Wow, how lucky we were to have such an understanding owner. Our trip was a truly memorable experience and Anne and her home helped to make it happen. We would definitely stay here again!
