Osa Property Management’s Full-time Concierge and Vacation Planner team will contact you after you have made your reservation. We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO), or one of the local regional airports. Palmar Sur is closest (~30 minutes) and has seasonal flights, while Quepos is approximately 45 minutes from Ojochal and has multiple flights per day on either Sansa Airlines or private charters. We will arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be. .

The property is 100% PRIVATE and no shared spaces.
A 4x4 vehicle is required. No exceptions.
Property is approximately 35 minutes from Quepos regional airport (we can book tickets on one of the local airlines for you) and approximately 2.5 hours from San Jose's Juan Santamaria International airport (airport code SJO).

Homes are 25 yards/22 meters away from each other.
Each home has its own kitchen. Homes are NOT rented separately. Guests will have exclusive use of both homes.
