In town Rehoboth, with restaurants, Rise Up and the boardwalk just a quick walk away, you'll fall in love with this newer build home with 5 actual bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a POOL AND HOT TUB (April-October). There's a ton of natural light, plus comfy queen and king beds, nice new linens, and more. Pets are welcome for an extra fee. Please note there is a security camera on the pool and in the pool equipment area for your safety.



The Space:

It's a fantastic layout, with a first-floor bedroom suite, large open living/kitchen dining area with a huge flat screen tv, fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows and doors leading to the pool, hot tub, patio, grill and flat grass backyard surrounded by mature landscaping. Upstairs is a sumptuous primary suite with double vanity, huge shower and all high-end decor. The downstairs features a large two-bedroom suite and a separate living area too.



Guest Access:

Guests have 24/7 access to the home with an electronic keypad with a unique code that only works for your stay. There is parking for two cars in the driveway and permits for parking in town can be purchased when required in the season, May 15-September 15.



The Neighborhood:

You'll absolutely love the location- half a block to the farmer's market on Tuesdays, a block to Rise Up coffee, and a few more blocks to all your favorite restaurants and bars, and of course the boardwalk!



Getting Around:

Once you're in town you won't want to leave! But you can park two cars in our driveway (NOT the gravel spot out front- that requires a permit during high season!) You can easily walk to all your favorite destinations, but if you want to drive and park you'll need a permit from May 15 - September 15.
