There are four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a powder room. Features include beautiful soapstone countertops on the island and in the kitchen, pine floors throughout, an oceanfront soaking tub in the primary suite, and heart pine flooring in the primary bedroom. Every room faces the ocean with ample seating and a cozy Bar Harbor swing—ideal for lazy afternoon naps or reading by the sea. The well-appointed kitchen will delight any home chef. Additional amenities include elegant coastal décor, free Wi-Fi, a gas grill, flat-screen TVs, a corner gas fireplace, and large French doors in the main living room that open onto a screened porch with breathtaking ocean views. PARKING: Private driveway for four cars. No more than four cars are permitted in the driveway.

THINGS TO KNOW: This home rents from Friday to Friday. The bunk beds accommodate children only. Outdoor surveillance is exterior only. No pets and no smoking permitted. The $249.99 processing fee is non-refundable if you need to cancel your reservation.

The process to rent this property could not have been easier. We were six adults a toddler and an infant. The property was well designed and beautifully decorated. It is perfectly located near the beach and boardwalk. We had a wonderful vacation there and would definitely recommend it!!

We had a wonderful stay in Rehoboth. This home was just as gorgeous and perfectly located as the listing indicated. We spent more time outside on the decks than we did inside. The kitchen was well stocked with more than the basics needed for a group of avid home cooks. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat.

Lulled to Sleep by the Crashing of Waves Against the Shore

This beach house is perfect! Where do I start! The house is right at the beachfront and has direct beach access which was great! The home is beautiful and has a wonderful patio area. We spent most of our time on the patio and the views were gorgeous! The owner (Caren) is so sweet and answered all my questions quickly prior to and during our stay. The accommodations were perfect! House was great! Perfect location just north of the boardwalk. My favorite thing was the porches! Nothing like a beautiful sunrise with a cup of coffee and a book to start the day. Having the screened porches was perfect, especially in the evenings. Our family had a wonderful time and we hope to return again next year!

We had a great visit!

We enjoyed Labor Day weekend at 38 Surf. The location is great - right across from the beach. The boardwalk is right around the corner - but you would not know it when in the house or on the patios. the neighborhood around the house is very pedestrian friendly for walks and biking with the family. We loved the outdoor decks all times of the day. On arrival the house was very clean, kitchen and tableware ready to go. We will look to visit again.

Issues, but great service

Great location, beautiful house. Our issue: The previous guests left behind an undeniable "pet smell", but the ReMax team was extremely proactive in doing everything possible to mitigate the smell and make us comfortable. By the end of our stay the smell was almost unnoticeable.
