THIS PLACE IS A SAFETY AND HEALTH HAZARD. I've never written a bad review. I'm super laid back and kind, a responsible, professional single mom of two older kids. This place was dirty, cricket/cockroach infested, dirty mattresses and pillows, unstable furniture (a dining chair that broke with my elderly mom on it, who fell off it - and now they want me to charge me for?!), dirty/dust corroded vents, broken garbage bins that attracted rodents, a crawl space that wasn't screened and animals were living under the house,stained rugs, etc. and that's not even the worst part --- the sewage backed up overflowing into all the bathrooms and into the hallway and they didn't even help rehome us -- and at worst, they actually blamed us, saying their maintenance team (who isn't actually licensed) found baby wipes and dog hair in the pipes. We don't use baby wipes and our dog was never in the shower. THE HOST NEVER CALLED when I requested MULTIPLE times. They have a answering service who responds to email messages, but you can't actually ever get in touch with anyone who is in charge. When I called the provided number during the sewage emergency, a guy answered who was clearly working from home and had no idea of my account, said someone would call me back, never did. I couldn't stay at the property for the last week I was paid up, they refuse to reimburse me. Now they're charging me 2500.00 for items that were damaged upon arrival. This place is a SCAM. Worst rental experience ever.
