World class skiing 1 left turn away! we are 5 min to the canyon and another 15 to the first resort. This is our personal home so it`s full stocked with spices, and a full kitchen set up!

A couple from New York city live in the basement. They are so nice, and are in there 60s come out and ski every year.

This is just the upstairs portion of the home; we have long-term renters in the basement.

Quiet neighborhood located in a cul-de-sac. The house has no neighbors to the west of it, and has a huge grass field for activities.

So close to the 4 major ski resorts Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude. You don`t even need to access the freeway just head up For Union Blvd. Park City is 30-40 min away. Be downtown or up at the U of U in 15 min
