For 2017-18 ski season - We will be removing the carpeting on the main level (no more green!) and installing beautiful hickory hardwood and all new custom living room furniture. The remainder of the condo including all 4 bedrooms will be recarpeted with lush carpeting. Photos do not show the renovations yet!

Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons resorts are 25-31 miles away on I-80.

The Cottonwood Heights Recreation Center is just over a mile away. Olympic sized ice rink open year round, indoor and outdoor pools, racquetball (and Walleyball) courts, as well as a cardio room and weight room. The rec center offers several classes, from Spin, to Yoga and Zumba. Nominal fee.

We do have a Tourist Home / Short Term Rental license with Cottonwood Heights.

We have lived in Utah all our lives. We love the outdoors and love the SNOW! I have been involved in the vacation rental business for 20+ years....at one time managing over 90 vacation rentals. Now having my own and managing two for friends I can provide the attention to detail I was unable to provide when handling so many.

Because of my affiliation in the outdoor sports industry I provide many special extras in our properties to make them more comfortable and of course, MORE FUN!!!

I personally go to each unit before and after each stay to make sure everything is just right! If you have questions or concerns, just look at the guest comments!

Location! This community has the best of both worlds - it is great for the owners and their family to visit because it is close to family members and close to all the activities they enjoy (including winter sports)....but also great as a vacation rental for others.....the unit is fully licensed as a tourist home (required by Cottonwood Heights).

What makes this townhome unique

The unit is so spacious and comfortable......the location for many special traditions with family and friends!

The location is ideal - right at the mouth of the Canyons so we can ski in 20 minutes, yet still in Salt Lake county with quick access to the freeway to go downtown or to Park City. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by as well.

Wonderful!

Great house, great friends...great convention! Jennifer was great to work with! Weather was unseasonably hot. Upstairs bedrooms were way to warm for comfortable sleeping. House was clean and we loved the decor!

Owner's Response: Vicki, Thanks for taking the time to write a review! I am disappointed that we received only 4 stars as my record is 5 with 70+ reviews! We didn't notice that the vents on the lower/main level of the condo were open...usually we keep them closed to force more air to the upstairs bedrooms and this makes a huge difference along with using the large ceiling fans in each bedroom. As you know the condo is quite large with vaulted ceilings so it takes quite a bit of air movement to keep it cool. As you mentioned, we also had unseasonably hot weather in early September. Rest assured we will make sure those vents are closed for other guests during hot weather! I wish you mentioned it during your stay and we could have helped out! I'm glad you liked and enjoyed every thing else! Take care and hope to host you again soon!

Great home in a quiet setting.

This home has everything you need for a get away. We stayed here for a conference at the South Towne Expo Center. It is a quick 18 minute drive to the center. Just far enough away to escape the crowd of a hotel but close enough to go back and forth to the Center. Jennifer was great to work with.

We think the location is great as well - close to everything Salt Lake has to offer.... We are planning on replacing much of the living room furniture and possibly all the carpeting this fall. Loved it!

We met up for a July 4th getaway with our teenagers. The condo was a private place where we could enjoy our time together visiting out on the spacious deck with beautiful views, relax in the hot tub, kick back in the living room with an amazing TV, engage in some friendly foosball competition, and enjoy the central location as we set out to explore the surrounding mountains and activities of the area. The upscaled amenities in the condo were much appreciated. We look forward to returning again. Jennifer was an amazing host who went out of her way to communicate and accommodate us on every front. We were so grateful for her kindness!

Terrific!

Our multigenerational family of 7 stayed here for 5 nights in June. Great location! Very well equipped and stocked kitchen! The hot tub and foosball table were used daily. Loved having grocery store close by as well as the easy access to expressways. Easy drive to the Cottonwood area from the condo - saw moose from the road one evening! I truly appreciated Jennifer's excellent and prompt communications and responsiveness!

Great Place

We met here for family spring break, very nice, nicely decorated. We cooked every meal together and everything we needed was there. Very comfortable sleeping and relaxing. So very central to town, groceries and the ski areas. Enjoyed the hot tub every night. Would stay again if the occasion arises.
