The John Collins family would like to invite you to our (licensed short term rental) 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. If you rent a property not licensed, you may be booted out. Owner-operated for affordability, and located next to the spectacularly scenic Wasatch Mountains, ski resorts and city amenities. The home can be rented on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. 8 beds total. 1 queen and 2 single in master bedroom. 2nd bedroom 2 queen beds. 3rd. bedroom has 1 double and 1 single bed. 4th bedroom in basement has 1 double bed. Ping pong table located in unfinished basement. Tile throughout kitchen area and hall. Gas stove. Cathedral ceilings in living room and master bedroom. Private hot tub on deck with with deer and elk on the hill at times. All properties rented for less than 30 days in the Salt Lake Valley must be licensed by the city or county to be legally rented.

Great place/location!

Townhouse was great. Location was perfect for skiing. Hot tub came in handy after skiing. Ping pong table was a bonus. Loved all the recliners!

John the owner was very helpful when one of our party needed a replacement credit card mailed while we were there – he came and checked the mailbox for us twice.

Would definitely rent again!

The place was very clean and spacious. I would definately stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place has plenty of seating in the livingroom with very comfortable recliners. There is also plenty of dining space with two tables. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a long day on the mountain. The owner is very pleasant and helpfull. Thanks. We are already talking about coming back next year!

Perfect house to stay

It is very comfortable and convenient to stay at this property. Other than the eight beds mentioned over the website, the owner provided more than enough supplies: towels, pans, dishes, paper towels, detergents, garbage bags, even some seasons.... It also has a nice hot tub. The owner really cares about the tenants. He called us a couple of times to ask us if we have any questions. We had a great time during our stay. Thank you. John.

Loved the hot tub. We saw multiple deer and a black panther on the hillside while relaxing in the tub. Plenty of space for a large group. Comfortable beds. Cozy fireplace.

Very reasonably priced, lots of room

John, the owner, was very responsive any time we contacted him throughout the whole process, and this property is very reasonably priced for its size and location. Slight smell of cigarette smoke, but my daughter, who has asthma, was not affected at all by it. The hot tub was perfect and while much of the interior hasn't been updated since the 1980's, the kitchen work area has an awesome gas range, new dishwasher and new countertops. The bathroom countertops all looked to have been updated recently too. I liked having a washer and dryer upstairs near the bedrooms. This place is seriously so roomy! The master has a queen and two twin beds, as well as a full bath with separate shower and garden tub. Another upstairs bedroom has a queen and a twin, and the 3rd upstairs bedroom has two queens and a tv. There's a finished bedroom with a queen bed in the basement, but the rest of the basement is unfinished and we had to walk our son down there to sleep the first night as he was a little hesitant to brave the basement by himself. :) The pool table is in the basement but we were out on the slopes or in the hot tub the entire time so we didn't have time to play pool. We did a lot of cooking but realized that the only place available to put food was either on top of the fridge or in the fridge. If you eat out and don't cook, you won't miss the storage, but we have dietary restrictions and do all of our own cooking so we were a bit crammed for space to put our non-refrigerated food. We enjoyed our stay as it was a great deal for all of that space and just a 30 min. drive to the resorts in both Little Cottonwood Canyon and Big Cottonwood Canyon.
