Welcome to our 2-bed, 2.5-bath home in the sought-after historic Grant Park neighborhood. Enjoy miles of jogging and walking trails, beautiful parks, and amazing restaurants. Close to the city and highways, yet tucked away in a walkable, family-friendly area. Perfect for short or long-term stays. Dedicated workspace and TVs in every room. Fully stocked kitchen. This home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay!

** PLEASE NOTE: THIS HOME IS VERY CLOSE TO A MAJOR HIGHWAY, so you will hear road noise when outside. If you think this might bother you, this home might not be the best fit.

Layout & Amenities:

- Bottom Floor: Fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for 7, laundry with washer and dryer, half bath, and a living room with games, a smart TV and pull-out couch that can sleep up to 2 guests.

- Upstairs: Two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The guest bedroom includes a workspace and a rollaway twin bed suitable for a child. A pack and play is also available. Both bedrooms have smart TVs.

All essentials are provided (review amenity section), including towels, sheets, blankets, clothing hangers, all soaps, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, pots, pans, cooking oil, seasonings, and kitchen utensils. Enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in our well-appointed home.

- Outdoor Amenities: Multiple porches with outdoor furniture to lounge. The yard is also fully fenced.

- Off street parking for 3 cars.

NO SMOKING
No Smoking, Hookah or burning candles inside of our home ($250 fine). This includes pot. If you smoke, we just ask that you be respectful and do so outside. Please dispose of butts in the provided ashtray for your convenience. Any evidence of smoke inside the home results in a $250 FEE.

PETS
We just love furbabies but we ask that you please be respectful. Pick up after your dog outside and do not allow dogs on furniture. We provide extra sheets and towels for dogs that you can use to cover the furniture if needed.
There is a pet fee. Please add your pet in the reservation. If you fail to add your pet to the reservation and bring them anyway, you will be charged a $150 fee.
We allow no more than 2 pets per booking.

LONG TERM STAYS
Any guest reservations over 14 days long will need to pay an additional deep cleaning fee of $55.

MAIL POLICY
No mail or packages may be delivered to the property.

NO PARTIES
No loud noises or loud music at anytime. No events, no party's, and no gatherings. Please be respectful of the other neighbors that are next door and please keep the noise level to a minimum during the hours of 10pm - 8am. $600 fine for any parties/gatherings or failure to obey quiet hours. No additional overnight guests that are not on the booking. We have on site security. If you are throwing a party or we receive a noise complaint, we will call the authorities. You will be asked to leave immediately and will not be given a refund. Any unapproved guests will also result in immediate removal of the home.

PARTIES IN THE HOME will be a minimum $350 fine for any damaged property identified at the completion of the stay.

BE RESPECTFUL
Please respect that checkout is by 11AM, so we can be considerate of the next guest arriving. There will be a $50 late check out fee for check outs later than 11:30 am.

The home is equipped with an outdoor surveillance camera at the front door entrance. There are no cameras inside the home.
The person booking must be present for the entire stay. Extra visitors require express written consent from Host. Violation will result in termination of reservation with no refunds.
