Located in North Woodstock, this lovely townhome at Deer Park Resort boasts 3 bedrooms with a variety of bed sizes to accommodate all guests. There is also two cots and a pack n play for the little ones. With 3 bathrooms no one needs to wait to shower. Enjoy the serene atmosphere of this property, with a yard, deck and BBQ grill. Kitchen table accommodates 8, while the bar accomodates 2 more. Fully stocked kitchen as well as pillows, sheets, blankets and towels in the unit. There is WIFI, TVs in all bedrooms and in the living room. There is a fire place, dish washer, garbage disposal, washing machine and dryer. This unit is near the ski shuttle to Loon Mt. On property is a pond (swimming in the summer), ice skating rink and swing set. There is a rec center for all guests to enjoy which has an indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, game room, racket and wally ball room and fitness room. Deer Park is on the Pemi River, which provides fun all summer. The property also has tennis and pickle ball courts, as well as BBQ grills and a fire pit next to the pond. Deer Park is close to Loon Mt, Cannon Mt, Whales Tail Water Park, Clark's Trading Post, mini golf, snow mobiling and many great restaurants.

Being from Southern NH allows us to enjoy a quick ride to Deer Park. The adventures year round allow us to do something different every time we visit. Loon, Cannon and Waterville Valley are great for skiing and tubing; Pemi River is fun for swimming and you can't beat hiking or show shoeing in the White Mts. Plus there is mini golf, ice and sand castles, Whales Tale, snow mobiling, tennis and pickle ball, Clark's and Outdoor Adventure for zip lining or ATV rides. We have made many memories with friends and family.

Why they chose this property

Deer Park is a safe community that allows for walking/running and riding bikes. There are views of the White Mountain Range and plenty of room to play games or relax and read a book. The park is on the Pemi River and it is centrally located to great restaurants and ice cream palors in Lincoln and North Woodstock.

Our property sleeps 7 people and with three bathrooms no one is ever waiting. A fully stocked kitchen, linens for bed and bath, washing machine and dryer, dish washer, WIFI, fire place, back deck, BBQ grill, TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, and floats for the pond provide all the comforts of home!
