Welcome to our charming split-level home, offering two floors of comfortable and stylish living. Upon entry, you'll find a half flight of stairs leading up to the main floor and another half flight down to the spacious basement.

Fantastic VRBO in a great location!Stayed with a group of 10 people, plenty of beds to sleep everyone comfortably. Short drive to the ski mountains. Snowbird & Alta were 25 mins and Brighton & Solitude were just over that. Had everything we needed and plenty of parking.Plenty of stores and restaurants a short drive away.Would stay again in a heart beat!

Cottonwood access large house with hottub

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the accomodations were good! We would give this property 4-4.5 stars. It was a good location, but very close to numerous neighbors which caused some issues with being outside after 10pm with a large group of young adults in the hot tub. We had 17 people and it was a bit tight for sleeping. Not sure that 22 people would be feasible. Having 2 kitchens and 2 washer/dryers was a bonus and def a must with that many people to fix bfast and dinner for everyone. All in all, we had a fantastic week, and it was a solid place to stay with our son and his bbuddies! Thank you!
